β β β β β Pesanan saya nomor #1387918 tanggal 14/7/2020 mengapa hingga tanggal 20/7/2020 siang belum ada kabar juga? Janjinya 2-4 hari kerja. Hari kerja yang dimaksud apakah Sabtu libur atau tidak? Tolong cantumkan juga.
Saya telpon ke Customer Service nomor 087727627258 tidak diangkat (bahkan malah langsung call ended). Kalau memang nomor sudah tidak aktif ya jangan dicantumkan lagi. Saya hubungi ke WhatsApp juga tidak terdaftar ternyata.
Bayangkan jika pesanan tersebut berhubungan dengan momen tertentu yang terikat oleh waktu. Pasti akan buyar acara tersebut.
Terus terang agak bikin khawatir pelayanannya.

Hari ini tanggal 22 Juli 2020 sudah hari kedelapan (atau hari keenam jika Sabtu dan Minggu tidak dihitung) sejak pemesanan saya tanggal 14 Juli 2020. Padahal janji pengiriman adalah 2-4 hari kerja. Hari ini juga tidak ada konfirmasi dari pihak Asmaraku atau PopBox tentang status pesanan saya.
Saya tahu pelanggan Anda banyak, ribuan mungkin lebih. Jadi tidak ada artinya kehilangan satu calon pelanggan macam saya ini.
Kalau begitu saya ikhlaskan pesanan saya tersebut. Mau dikirim terserah, tidak juga terserah. Ambil saja barangnya kembali, dan silakan dijual ke konsumen yang lain. Ambil juga uang saya, anggap saja sebagai tambahan modal dagang Anda. Pelayanan Anda sangat mengecewakan.
My order number # 1387918 on 7/14/2020 why hasn't there been any news until 20/20/2020? Promises 2-4 working days. Does the working day mean whether Saturday is a holiday or not? Please include too.
I called the Customer Service number 087727627258 not picked up (even even directly called ended). If the number is no longer active, don't put it again. I contacted to WhatsApp also not registered.
Imagine if the order was related to a certain moment that was bound by time. Will definitely disband the event.
Frankly, it makes me worried about the service.

Today, July 22, 2020 is the eighth day (or the sixth day if Saturday and Sunday are not counted) since my order was July 14, 2020. Even though the delivery promise is 2-4 working days. Today also there was no confirmation from Asmaraku or PopBox about the status of my order.
I know your customers a lot, maybe thousands more. So there is no point in losing a prospect like me.
Then I let my order go. Want to be sent is up, not also up to. Just take the item back, and please sell it to other consumers. Take my money too, just think of it as additional trading capital. Your service is very disappointing.

β β β β β I received an order last night from my bf. THE BOUQUET WAS SO POOOOOOOORRR!!!!! The flowers even got bumped and livid. Also there's so much tape in the stalks!!! The courier only gave me the bouquet without any wrapping paper, plastic bag, or whtever it is.
Beside that, how come the receiver was billed for the payment? Asmaraku team texted me for the payment, instead of they texted the sender, how come??!!!! it's NOT a surprise anymore! NOT professional! You failed us on our first anniversary!!!!
That's so embarrassing when I opened the card message, they used hand-writting card msg! Im welcome if they use lovely handwriting. But does ur team think it's totally worth hand-writting????!! I asked my bf how much He paid for 'this', and I spoke to him, better he gave me the flowers from the roadside.
Do you hv QC team to check before delivering any items? Do NOT deceive ur customers!

β β β β β Flower is so cheap! But not looking cheesy, it looks wonderful. I send the flowers from AsmaraKu. They provide end to end from design to delivery. Love their customer services. They even send me the photo of the flower that to be delivered to my GF.

β β β β β Best choice for flowers & pasutri goods. Huge selection of flowers. Have ordered roses twice, they have the best quality of roses (imported I think?), seems bigger with more petals compared to roses u find in other florists.
They last longer too. Roses still look fresh after 1 week and when it started to wilt, there was not much of bad odor like how dead flowers usually smell.
