Pelayanan untuk masyarakat dilakukan di loket layanan, termasuk layanan kependudukan. Pelayanannya cukup bagus, staff yang melayani ramah dan memiliki atitude yang baik, dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan masyarakat.
Respon terhadap layanan juga bagus, semoga seluruh layanan publik di Jakarta semakin baik lagi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini harusnya ada rapid test yng di adakan kelurahan susukan dan per rt hanya dijatah 7 orang,kami tinggal di RW 001 dijadwalkan jam 12.00, suami saya ikut daftar di RT 2 hari sebelumnya, dan pas hari H sampai kelurahan kehabisan alat rapid test padahal suami saya butuh sekali karna untk masuk kawasan kantor perlu surat rapad tes... sangat kecewa sih, saya kira sudah diatur sedemikian rupa tetapi masih saja gk bener.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang lambat karena hanya 2 orang yg bertugas melayani, ruangan penuh sehingga pelayanan dan kenyamanan menunggu disini kurang.
Slow service because only 2 people are on duty to serve, the room is full so the service and comfort of waiting here is lacking.
