★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 1 sept 2021 pukul 13:15 saya ingin mengurus perpindahan KTP DKI utk keperluan vaksin, sesampainya disana disambut pegawai yg sangat tdk ramah terkesan berat hati memberikan pelayanan, nada bicaranya spt orang marah penuh emosi padahal saya menyampaikan dg sopan dan kalem, sebelum pandemi istri pernah jg ke kelurahan sunter jaya namun saat itu petugasnya sangat ramah dan ringan tangan. Mohon kpd bpk lurah sunter jaya, pegawai spt itu jangan ditempatkan di meja depan
