★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengurus ktp ibu saya, sudah 6 balik tp balum ke proses juga. Entah katanya datanya kurang, cap rt kurang, padahal ga di jelasin dengan perinci waktu itu. Jadi awal surat pernyataan dari rt kurang, blik lagi lah saya. Pas balik udah close. Besok pagi nya saya balik lagi, ternyata harus ada cap rt. Kenapa ga bilang sekalian gitu loh pertanyaan saya? Alhasil saya ulang lgi surat pernyataan dari rt dengan cap. Pagi saya datang ke kantor lurah, padahal masih jam 9 sudah close, karna katany dibatasi hanya sampai 30. Lalu saya dikasi nomer urut 35, dan disuruh balik lagi jam 1. Jam 1 saya balik lagi ke lurah, ternyata di urusnya besok. Tanpa data saya di lihat sama sekali. Saya bilang tadi saya diberi nomer dan disuruh balik lagi jam 1 katanya mau langsung di proses. Lalu untuk apa nomer urut itu kalau nyatanya yang di proses justru yang ga dapat nomer urut? Capek bgt saya ngurus mutasi ktp aja sampai 6 balik. Keterlaluan.

Semua harus based on application sekarang. Namun aplikasi Alpukat Betawi lemot banget. Pegawai tidak membantu, hanya bisa ngoceh bilang pasti bisa, pasti bisa. Nyatanya gak bisa.
Tapi tidak membantu solusi lain.
N.B: bagi laki2 jangan pakai celana pendek karena akan langsung diusir keluar (dengan nada bicara yang tidak mengenakan)
Tolong deh mending ditraining lagi untuk pegawai kantor kelurahan sunter jaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services. Decent size waiting room with air con. Electronic queuing number available, take the number and check out the tv display for your turn. The staff all quite helpfull, the only room for improvement is the warmness of the staff. Car park is spacious although location is not so strategic.
