β β β β β Skrg agk lama ngurus KTp ilang sblm ny KtP saya ilang tapi di prosess 1hari Langsung jadi skrg ilang Lagi KtP ny udah 2minggu blum selesai di karenakan ada pembatasan KTP semoga lekas selesai KTp saya tolong di percepat pak saya butuh KTp ??
I haven't taken care of KTp for a long time before I lost my KtP but in the process in 1 day I immediately got it again. Again KtP has been completed 2 weeks before it has been completed because there is a limitation of KTP hopefully I will finish it quickly KTp please accelerate sir I need KTp ??

β β β β β Rt 02/02 kelurahan sumur batu pelayanannya sangat buruk, pengalaman saya cuma hanya ingin minta tanda tangan di surat pengantar pak RT mengatakan pelayanan kepada warga libur sampai tgl 10 hari senin di karenakan adanya libur hari raya idul fitri

β β β β β Kepada Yth Lurah Sumur Batu , saya tinggal sudah hampir 40 thn di RT005/RW 006 baru ini ada Ketua RT di tmp saya tinggal yang sikap dan cara bicara nya tidak mencerminkan sebagai ketua RT!!. saya hanya menanyakan apa kita tidak ada dapat bansos dari Pemda DKI dan bansos dari Presiden, ngomong nya langsung nyolot!. oke , gpp kl memang kita tidak ada di dalam data tersebut tapi ketua RT 005/006 ini malah bicara yang malah menyalahkan warga nya knp tidak info ke dia. tapi saya sudah anggap ini clear, mungkin dari sisi saya misscomunikasi
yang kedua, saya juga menanyakan KK yg baru apakah sudah ada di dia atau belum, tapi dia ngalor ngidul merepet kaya emak-emak yg bilang "giliran ada perlu apa2 baru ke RT" , saya sampai tanya apa maksud dia berbicara spt itu, kalau memang kita warga bisa mengurus sendiri KTP dan update KK tanpa perlu datang ke RT, lebih baik kita urus sendiri!!.
jadi mohon agar Lurah Sumur Batu saat ini bisa ikut dalam memberi pengarahan atau ikut monitor bagaimana kinerja setiap RT yang ada di kelurahan sumur batu ini TAU dan MENGERTI tanggung jawab nya sebagai RT untuk dapat membantu atau melayani warga nya, bukan dengan sikap yg angkuh dan sombong!

To Dear Head of Sumur Batu Village, I have been living for almost 40 years in RT005 / RW 006. There is a new RT Head in the residence where I live whose attitude and manner of speech do not reflect as RT head !!. I'm just asking if we can't get social assistance from the DKI Regional Government and Social Aid from the President, saying, it will immediately stop! okay, gpp kl, indeed we are not in the data, but the head of RT 005/006 even spoke, instead blaming the residents for not informing him. but I already consider this clear, maybe from my side of communication
secondly, I also asked the new KK whether he was there or not, but he naldor nosy to repeat like a mother who said "there is a need for something new to RT", I even asked what he meant by speaking like that, if indeed we citizens can take care of their own KTP and KK updates without the need to come to the RT, we better take care of yourself !!.
so please now the Sumur Batu Village Chief can take part in giving directions or monitoring how the performance of each RT in this well stone village TAU and UNDERSTAND its responsibilities as RT to be able to help or serve its citizens, not with a proud and arrogant attitude !

β β β β β Kantor sudah representative dan nyaman, sayang tempat parkir sempit.
Terdapat catatan: Pelayanan buruk, tidak profesional. Petugas FO lantai terkesan malas dan tidak mau berusaha. Setidaknya membantu masyarakat yang datang. Pak Lurah seharusnya segera mengevaluasi.
The office is representative and comfortable, unfortunately the parking space is narrow.
Note: Poor service, unprofessional. The floor clerk seems lazy and doesn't want to try. At least help the people who come. The Village Chief should immediately evaluate.
