Warga Kelurahan Mekarsari, Kecamatan Cimanggis terlihat sangat antusias mengikuti sejumlah kegiatan bertajuk Pesta Rakyat dalam rangka memperingati HUT ke-17 Kota Depok, Minggu (15/5/2016). Camat Cimanggis Henry Mahawan yang didampingi Lurah Mekarsari Suryadi, Lurah Cisalak Pasar Dzikri Darmawan, Lurah Curug Purwadi dan sejumlah Ketua LPM, di antaranya Ketua LPM Tugu Eddy D Iswanto, Ketua LPM Mekarsari Usman dan Anggoro Ketua LPM Kelurahan Pasir Gunung Selatan membuka Pasar Rakyat tersebut ditandai dengan melepaskan balon. Camat Cimanggis Henry Mahawan dalam sambutannya menyambut baik antusiasme warga Kelurahan Mekarsari yang telah hadir dan mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan peringatan HUT Kota Depok di Kelurahan Mekarsari sekaligus camat Cimanggis juga mengajak kepada warga masyarakat untuk selalu menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. β€œYa, pada kesempatan ini saya mengajak kepada warga masyarakat untuk selalu menjaga kenersihan agar di lingkungan Kecamatan Cimangis khususnya lebih bersih dengan membiasakan membuang sampah pada tempatnya,” ajaknya. Sementara, Lurah Mekarsari Suryadi mengucapkan terima kasih kepada panitia dan semua pihak yang turut berpartisipasi, baik tenaga, pikiran dan donasinya sehingga penyelenggaraan peringatan HUT Kota Depok di Kelurahan Mekarsari berjalan meriah dan sukses. Suryadi berharap kepada warga Kelurahan Mekarsari yang mengikuti peringatan Hut Depok agar terus meningkatkan rasa persaudaraan dengan menjadikan perayaan HUT Depok sebagai sarana silaturahmi antar warga masyarakat Mekarsari. β€œSaya minta warga yang hadir dan mengikuti acara pada Pesta Rakyat ini jangan hanya berharap untuk mendapatkan doorprizenya saja, tapi mari kita tingkatkan persatuan, yaitu persatuan untuk membangun Kelurahan Mekarsar, Kecamatan Cimanggisi dan Kota Depok ke depan menjadi lebih baik,” ucapnya. Sejumlah kegiatan dalam Pesta Rakyat, antara lain lomba tumpeng, senam pagi bersama, gerak jalan, Jalan santai, bazaar kuliner, pembagian doorprize dan hiburan. Pelaksanaan Pesta Rakyat dimulai malam Minggu dengan lomba tumpeng dan paginya senam bersama, gerak jalan dan jalan sanati dilanjutkan hiburan serta lainnya hingga sore. Selama Pesta Rakyat berlangsung aparat keamanan dari Polsek dan Koramil Cimanggis memberikan pengamanan demi kelancaran pelaksanaan Pesta Rakyat hingga selesai

Jaraknya 0,5 km dari rumah. Tempatnya tidak terlalu luas. Pernah beberapa kali kesini untuk urus KTP dan KIA yang belum jadi juga hingga kini.

Tempatnya sangat sempit sekali, bangunan sudah perlu pembaruan karna sudah seperti mau roboh, pelayanan sangat buruk dan lambat. Untuk pembuatan KTP,KK atau pelayanan lainnya perlu "pelicin" agar lebih cepat bahkan bisa 1 hari jadi (KTP). Parkiran sempit hanya untuk motor, bagi pengguna kendaraan roda 4 parkir di badan jalan yang berakibat mengganggu pengguna jalan. Mohon izin pak walikota dan instansi yang terkait bisa melakukan peninjauan dan audit kepada seluruh badan di kelurahan mekarsari.

Perlu perbaikan pak walikota! 1. Pengambilan ktp ngantrinya seperti ini, berdiri seperti ambil sembako kurang efisien. Sebaiknya dibikin one stop service. (Pegawainya sepertinya telat, sya masuk jam 11an, petugas baru dateng bawa tas nyalain komputer, mudah-mudahan cuma karena habis tugas keluar dan bawa tas) 2. Tidak ada satu help desk customer service yg ngelayani kalo pengunjung baru datang mau apa, nyari apa, butuh apa. 3. Pekerjakan lah lebih banyak pemuda yg dari pusat, agar lebih gesit dan mudah-mudahan tingkat kepedulian nya lebih tinggi. 4. Ada tukang parkir tanpa seragam (informal) kalo mau diformalkan saja (jadi security atau hansip), yg sekarang tkg parkirnya ngga keliatan formal, kita kudu kasih duit parkir, digaji saja agar jadi mata pencaharian utk tk parkirnya. (cukup ramah sih pak parkirnya) 5. Ngga ada signage yg nunjukin ini meja apa, itu ruang apa, toilet sebelah mana, insyaAllah bingung kalo ngga nanya2 kalo masuk ke ruang pelayanan. 6. Kampanye anti gratifikasi (pencegahan korupsi, suap, dab) kaga keliatan, bikin lah banner poster yg keliatan jelas. Mudah-mudahan kelurahan Mekarsari Depok lebih baik. (Juli 2017

There is no one help desk customer service that serves if new visitors come to what they are looking for, what they need. 3. Hire more young people from the center, so they are more agile and hopefully their level of awareness is higher. 4. There is a parking attendant without a uniform (informal) if you want to be formalized (be security or hansip), which now doesn't have formal parking, we have to give money to parking, just to be paid to make a living for the parking. (quite friendly sir, the parking) 5. No signage shows what table this is, what room, which toilet, God willing, confused if I don't ask if you go into the service room. 6. Anti-gratification campaign (prevention of corruption, bribery, etc.) if it doesn't look like it, make a clear poster banner. Hopefully Mekarsari Depok will be better. (July 2017

yang jelas ini bikin prespektif kantor pemerintahan bobrok. Pelayanan lambat, bukannya jam 8 baru mulai layanan jam 9 , udh nunggu setengah jam ke operator ternyata balik lg ke bagian dpn, gokil hebat sekali keterlambatannya.
