Tapi baru datang pas ditanya nominal nya ga terlalu besar malah di bentak "cuma uang segitu ikhlasin ajaa, repot ngurus doang" lohhh tugas bapak ibu disini kan untuk membantu rakyat yaa ko jadi begitu? Harus nya ada etika atau sop yang berlaku ketika masyarakat datang untuk pengaduan kan. Kebutuhan orang beda beda.
