★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah bertahun-tahun blanko e-ktp masih kosong.. pindah dr jakarta 2015 blum jadi jg.. punya istri sejak ganti status nikah dan buat kk masih belum jadi juga.. malah istri sudah rekam dua kali.. hmmmmm ini harus kemana mengadu sekiranya yya ?? Butuh pencerahan
 It's been years blank e-ID card is still empty ... moved from Jakarta in 2015, so it hasn't ... has a wife since changing marital status and for us it hasn't finished yet ... even the wife has recorded it twice ... hmmmmm where should I complain if only yes ?? Need enlightenment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan untuk administrasi KK n KTP baik. Proses penerbitan KK dari pengajuan hingga terbit kurang lebih 2x24 jam.
Tambahan :
Klo udh jadi KK tinggal Cetak KTP. 15 menit jadi (kebetulan saya buat abs maghrib, jadi gak ada antrian ?)
Kec. Bekasi selatan buka sampe jam 8 malam. Nah klo ada yg mau nyoba trus kecamatan udh tutup brarti udh ganti kebijakan. Wakakakakaka
Services for KK administration n KTP is good. The issuance process of the COW from submission to publication is approximately 2x24 hours.
Addition:
If so, the KK just needs to print a KTP. 15 minutes so (I happen to make abs maghrib, so there is no queue ?)
District South Bekasi is open until 8pm. Now if anyone wants to try and go to the sub-district, then the cap means that it's changed policy. Wakakakakaka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kejadian jujur. Sy datang tgl 12 okt ke kecamatan buat ubah nama supaya sesuai ktp. Disana ketemu bbrp petugas yg bilang pake eopen aja. 1 petugas laki" tawari shortcut bayar uang buat dijadiin ready besok.
Di depan mereka dan diliat mereka semua saya tulis revisian dan upload kk aja. Itu aja katanya, & tdk akan sampai 7 hari sudah jadi.
Sampai tgl 17 malem belum jg ada info.
This is an honest incident. I came on October 12 to the sub-district to change the name to match the ID card. There, I met several officers who said to use eopen. 1 male officer "offered a shortcut to pay money to make it ready tomorrow.
In front of them and seeing them all, I wrote a revision and uploaded it. That's all he said, and it won't take 7 days for it to be done.
Until the 17th night, there is still no info.

Mau update nik dikasih kertas manual doang katanya udah di update, alhasil pas cek di online nik blm update bikin bolak balik aja, kenapa ga langsung di update aja secara online.

If you want to update the nik, you just give a manual, it says it's been updated, as a result, when you check online, the nik hasn't been updated, just make it back and forth, why don't you just update it online.
