★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. First and maybe the last time i visited. When i want to take the interview they said that they were having a system maintenance and they will tell when i can take the interview. But 2 weeks passed, when i ask them. They said i have to start all over again

They said just 1 week to waiting issued Passport after payments. But, until now I don't received any information about progress my Passport. It was 2 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here for extending my passport. The protocols are clear, the office is clean with free parking. Everything that I need was there such as photocopy, stamps, and atm.
Though, the payment still only accepts cash. It will be perfect if they can accepts various type of payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean place and excellent services, from friendly & courteous security guards to officer in charge of taking photos. Extended my passport in this office, which only took around 3 days. Delivery can also be arranged in Mobile Post Office parked infront.
Keep it up, hopefully this becomes a model for other government offices too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow the Immigration office is clean friendly from the gate ,to the 2nd floor I went to visit my friend that was arrested and they allowed me .While in other places will never allow to visit nor to buy food for an immigrant ..that is in their custody .
