β β β β β This is the best public service I ever seen. Fast response, friendly and helpful staff, neat and clean place. There are also kids spot, library, spacious mushola.

β β β β β Came here for my passport renewal. Since I couldn't get online queue from Bandung Immigration Office, I chose here since it's the closest immigration office from Bandung. Document checking was pretty strict yet fast process. During waiting for photo session we can grab snack and drink in their lounge. Very comfy process than my previous renewal. Passport done in 3 days working hour. Really glad to took renewal here. Kudos for Pemkot Bekasi ??

β β β β β Due to pandemic, there's no walk in service for passport (unless paying for the express service). Passport request must use the online queue system which is hard to get as quotas are limited. But once you get your slot, the service is seamless, very quick as there are very little waiting. Staff are friendly, free parking, and photos can be reviewed once taken and repeated if not satisfactory (at there is no queue). Passport done in 4 working days, and they'll notify you via whatsapp.

As well, would be helpful if can provide number phone to Make the communication easy for the people who would like to follow up some pending item due the given number 081380005977 it's out of service.
