★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus apa2 disini lamaaaaaaa nunggu surat buat ngurus ke kua aja lama bgt padahal tidak ada lg org yg ngurus dan tdk ada antrian, petugasnnya cuma ngobrol2 san ngerokok. Sayang ga ada kotak saran di kantornya
Dari setengah 10 sampe hampir zuhur blm kelar juga, dibilang pak lurahnya lagi keluar. Trs kita masih disuruh nunggu/ditinggal nanti dtg lagi. Iya kalo kita pengangguran mungkin banyak waktu buat bolak balik kelurahan. Kita cuti buat maksimalin ngurus ini itu biar sehari kelar tapi nihil.

From half past 10 until almost noon, it's not finished yet, it's said that the village head is out. Then we are still told to wait / leave it later. Yes, if we are unemployed, we may have a lot of time to go back and forth between villages. We take time off to maximize taking care of this so that it can be finished for a day but to no avail.

The employees are not trustworthy, they just eat blind salaries. When making a child's certificate, it's been almost 3 years and it doesn't work. It's better if the KPK checks the Village Office's budget, what is it actually used for?
