★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinggal di Kosan ini nyaman, rekomended bagi karyawan, kebersihan terjaga dan bisa minta tolong dibersihkan kamarnya, fasilitas lengkap, terdapat beberapa tipe kamar yg bisa disesuaikan budget, dibawah ada minimarket dan penjual makanan lain, sehingga tidak perlu jauh mencari. Di depan kost ada masjid tinggal jalan kaki untuk ibadah..Nice Place ??
Living in this boarding house is comfortable, recommended for employees, cleanliness is maintained and can ask for help to clean the room, complete facilities, there are several types of rooms that can be adjusted by budget, below there are minimarkets and other food sellers, so you don't have to look far. In front of the boarding house there is a mosque, just walk for worship..Nice Place ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sangat strategis, belok kiri langsung keluar Jl. Raya Pasar Minggu-Pancoran, belok kanan langsung ke Jl. Raya Buncit-Mampang. Satu bangunan dengan indomaret kalibata tengah, langsung depan masjid, ada banyak tennant penjual makanan & kantin, deket lapangan bola pomad, ada klinik dokter gigi & klinik skincare.
The location is very strategic, turn left directly out Jl. Raya Pasar Minggu-Pancoran, turn right directly onto Jl. Raya Buncit-Mampang. One building with indomaret kalibata middle, directly in front of the mosque, there are many tennant food and canteen sellers, near the pomad ball court, there is a dentist clinic & skincare clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this "kos-kosan" for nearly five years and I only have good things to say about it! The location is strategic (15 mins to Kemang/Cipete, 30 mins to Senopati) which is great if you like to explore the city and go to the trendiest brunch places on the weekends! It's also right above an Indomaret which is super convenient for obvious reasons. I'd highly recommend this place for a long-term stay!
