★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'Avenue Office & Residence consists of West and North Tower those had 29 storeys each. The management offered you single and double room that had significant dimensions between one to another (up to 40 sqm). On level 9 there was kid play ground, kid room at 10, and there were fitness center and swimming pool.on level 29. The kid play ground, swiming poll, and basket ball arena also available at ground level. There were Farmer's Market, Food Outlets, Laundry, Restaurants at the basement, adjacent or adjoining with the Residence Tower. The parking lots were plenty with inside or outside tower basement options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for office, they have many merchants you need. If you like nasi padang, there is one store in ground floor. I like to watch little kids going to school every morning, as the building has a private school. The bad side of this building is the street traffic jam along from Pancoran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay and relax, swimming pool and gym on top of the bulding at 29th floor. On LG floor there are a market with good prices, and some street food restaurants in a little foodcourt, unfortunately the restaurants and market close at 21.00 a little too early. The only problem of this place is the traffic in the area, but this is Jakarta.
