★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Pagi hari Tim support bilang akun kami disuspend penerimaan kartu kreditnya, tapi pada malam hari sewaktu kami hendak mengecek laporan keuangan, akun malah tidak bisa diakses sama sekali, padahal penerimaan pembayaran klien dari chanel selain kartu kredit di Duitku tetap berjalan.
Pernyataan Tim support di email tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan.
2. Email follow up kami tidak dibalas.
3. Telepon tidak diangkat.
1. In the morning the support team said our account was suspended from accepting credit cards, but at night when we wanted to check the financial statements, the account could not be accessed at all, even though receiving client payments from channels other than credit cards in Duitku was still running.
The support team's statement in the email does not match the reality.
2. Our follow-up emails were not returned.
3. The phone is not picked up.
