★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pemilik market place, biasa kl kirim paket hanya tulis nama, no hp dan resi otomatis dr market place nya, itu artinya sy sdh tdk perlu membayar ongkos kirim paket lg.
Setelah sampai disana, ternyata sy diminta uang untuk biaya cetak print barcode, kl mnrt mba yg jaga seharusnya sy yg print sendiri.
Pdhl kl jasa ekspedisi lain tdk ada masalah, sy mau tulis pke pulpen utk resi aja jg ok, ga ada biaya tambahan lain2.
Kebetulan printer di toko sy sedang rusak, gmn kl toko ga pny printer? Sll byr ongkos cetak label bercode resi donk y.
Pdhl untung toko online ga seberapa, malah jd nombok utk bayar biaya cetak label.
Saya kapok kirim barang disini, lgsg sy matikan jasa ekapedisi jne nya.
Mohon maaf, untuk konfirmasi, saya hanya 1x mengirim dengan cashless dan ternyata pelayanan tdk seperti ekspedisi lain. Setelah itu sy tdk pernah lg mengirim lewat jne cantik, tp lewat jne lain yg bs cashless dg ditulis spidol. Terima kasih dan mohon maaf
 I'm the owner of a market place, usually when I send a package I just write my name, cellphone number and an automatic receipt from the market place, that means I don't have to pay for package shipping anymore.
After arriving there, it turned out that I was asked for money for the cost of printing the barcode, if the lady in charge should have printed it myself.
Pdhl if there is no problem with other expedition services, I want to write with a pen for receipt, it's ok, there are no other additional costs.
Incidentally, the printer in my shop is broken, what if the shop doesn't have a printer? Sll byr the cost of printing the label with the receipt code, donk y.
Even though the online shop is not so lucky, it's even a number to pay for label printing costs.
I'm tired of sending goods here, I'll immediately turn off the ekapedisi jne service.
Sorry, for confirmation, I only sent cashless once and it turned out that the service was not like other expeditions. After that, I have never sent via beautiful jne again, but via other jne which can be cashless with a marker written on it. thank you and sorry
