Status paket dikirim perjalanan anda tetapi sampe skrng pun gak dateng dateng padahal lagi urgent,,!!!!!!

The status of the package was sent by your trip but until now it didn't come even though it was urgent!!!!!!

Yesterday I wrote the receipt wrong, it was really helpful via WA with the admin, so there's no need to come back again for information on changing receipts. Excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang profesional dalam jam operasional dan pelayanan. Di web tertera buka jam 10 tapi kesana jam 12 masih tutup dan kata orang2 sekitar buka kalau sore doang. Bagaimana kalau org2 mau kirim paket dan bisanya hanya di jam siang bukan sore? Lebih baik jam operasional diperbaiki.
Less professional in operating hours and service. On the web it says it's open at 10 but there at 12 it's still closed and people around say it's only open in the afternoon. What if people want to send packages and usually only in the afternoon instead of the afternoon? It's better if the operating hours are fixed.
