Udah 3 hari lebih paket gadianter padahal pake same day, alesan CS kurirnya nya kemaleman hihi udah tau kemaleman di prioritasin dong dibesok harinya, hadeuuuuuhhhhhh
Hehehehe he said he was fast even though he was lazy....
It's been more than 3 days, the gadianter package even though it was used the same day, the reason the courier CS was late, hihi, I already know that tonight is prioritized the next day, hadeuuuuhhhhh

dibawa kurir dr jam 7, sampe jam 15.30,
yang free ongkir udah pada nyampe dr pagi
aarrgghhh kesel banget, bikin runyam padahal butuh barangnya siang
ga lagi2 dehhh, KAPOKKK
DON'T USE THE BEST SERVICE OR ANYTHING, GET FREE DELIVERY ON THE MARKETPLACE
DELIVERY IS THE SAME, COURIERS QUIT DELIVERY FOLLOWING THE TRAVEL, NOT THE BEST PRIORITY, REGULAR, ETC.
buy at the market place, use the one that pays for postage, choose Sicepat Best, it's a loss
brought by courier from 7 o'clock, until 15.30 o'clock,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket di tracking udh diterima pihak keluarga tpi 1 orng pun ga ada yg merasa nerima , terus yg 1 lagi paket dibawa kurir dri pagi smpe skrng blm smpe padahal udh ke pending sehari

Management dan kurirnya (pengiriman) diperbaikilah masa gak malu & gak sesuai sama namanya SiCepat, pfffft....
Apa memang SiCepat mau ganti nama jadi Siput Silamabat ?

- Plusnya layanan reguler sering tiba krg dari 24 jam sejak paket di pickup.
- Minusnya pernah kehilangan paket, di track sudah diterima tapi saya blm terima. Harus saya yg aktif hubungin customer service. Harga barang tdk seberapa tapi cukup lama utk pengembalian dana dan respon sicepat.
- Sekali dan terakhir utk pakai layanan sameday sicepat , sampenya 2 hari. Rugi di ongkos kirim.
Honest review
- Plus the regular service often arrives less than 24 hours from the time the package was picked up.
- The minus is that I've lost a package, it's been received on track but I haven't received it yet. I have to actively contact customer service. The price of the item is not much but it takes a long time for a refund and a fast response.
- Once and last time to use the fast sameday service, it arrived in 2 days. Loss in postage.
