really bad service. how many times have you been disappointed. I give up sending using Jne especially at this Grace Agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ya gue gak akan mau ngirim paket di jne agen grace ini lagi. Baru pertama kali udh kapok, tolong ya kalo pegawai baru setidaknya tau sop dll nya, jadi gak bergantung. Kesel bgt pokonya hari ini. Cukup sekali.
I swear I won't send packages at this Grace Agent Jne again. It's the first time I've given up, please if new employees at least know the soup etc, so it's not dependent. Very good the point today. That's enough.

The location is on Jalan Mayor Oking near Husada Hospital, the outlet is not visible from the road so it's a bit slow if you've passed Husada
