Mewujudkan visi, KSM membangun kompleks perumahan dan perkantoran dengan fasilitas lengkap untuk para penghuninya seperti kawasan rukan Imperium Park Cibinong-Bogor. Kemudian, grup ini mulai melebarkan usahanya dengan menggandeng beberapa investor. Kini bisnis properti grup terdiri dari kompleks perumahan, pergudangan, dan industri. Pada tahun 2013, kepemimpinan perusahaan diserahkan kepada Dadang G Wijaya selaku Direktur Utama PT Kharisma Surya Mandiri. Perusahaan ini kemudian sukses menambahkan pengembangan seluas 2 hektar sebagai bagian dari pengembangan sebelumnya seluas 1 hektar, menjadikan KSM sebagai salah satu kawasan eksklusif di Cibinong, Bogor. Proyek ini juga menjadi salah satu pencapaian yang luar biasa untuk pengembangan real estat di Cibinong, Bogor.
PT Kharisma Surya Mandiri (KSM) was established in 2013. The first project was an office housing complex (rukan) in the Cibinong area, Bogor, which was completed in 2015. In the same year, KSM became the pioneer of the concept of real estate-shop by starting a project in Cibinong area, Bogor.
Realizing the vision, KSM built housing and office complexes with complete facilities for its residents, such as the Cibinong-Bogor Imperium Park area. Then, this group began to expand its business by cooperating with several investors. Now the group property business consists of housing, warehousing and industrial complexes. In 2013, the company's leadership was handed over to Dadang G Wijaya as President Director of PT Kharisma Surya Mandiri. The company then succeeded in adding 2 hectares of development as part of its previous 1 hectare development, making KSM one of the exclusive areas in Cibinong, Bogor. This project is also one of the outstanding achievements for real estate development in Cibinong, Bogor.
