β β β β β This is my #1 favorite chicken rice while in Singapore. They made it to Jakarta, and I was quite disappointed. Sorry but I had to compare it directly to the original one (been my favorite while they were still in a small outlet across Novena church). Iβd be lying if I said they have the same taste. Not even close. Worse, they wonβt let you chose the meat parts, while even the grumpiest cooking uncle in Singapore outlet will let you choose your favorite part. βBreast meat can uncle?β

β β β β β One of the best chicken rice in town! They come from Singapore, opening their branch in Grand Indonesia,serving chicken rice, roasted chicken, dumpling, various veggies and most of Chinese food menu. Chicken rice is a must try!!!

β β β β β When you are looking for simple chinese restaurant, this is where you can come. It served the chicken within 5 minutes so you can enjoy it with the rice first. Then dont forget to order the dumplings soup!! It is so yummy!! The eggs look way too different from the picture, but it is still edible. Lastly, the mantao is very crispy even though too much oil.

β β β β β I love the food! Itβs so delicious! I would recommend itβs chicken rice package, but other a la carte menu like shrimp dumpling is great too. The price is quite expensive though, and the service is not that good because the staff lack some product and promotion knowledge. They even donβt offer me the ongoing promotion till I recognized it by my own when I saw the leaflet at the table.

β β β β β Heard about the best hainamese chicken rice here, but so disappointed.
Steam chicken was cold looks like from the fridge and plain you cant even taste the salt
Ordering deep fried fritter, same no taste, dry and hard. Feels like have been refried several times
Hainamese chicken rice good, spices on point and not dry
And the best thing here the long bean with minced chicken. The only dish felt like not from the fridge and finally a taste.
Serviced by trainee so cant complain much
Cleanliness is good.

β β β β β First place to go whenever we miss Singaporean chicken rice! ?? Both the steamed & roasted chicken are good, but personally me & my friends prefer the roasted ones. Fragrant steamed rice with tender & juicy Roasted Chicken in savory soy sauce always make a good pairing. The soy sauce is light yet flavorful which taste even better with the rice. You can also choose which chicken part you want, thigh or breast.
We found the chicken portion sometimes quite small so we usually order the delicious Prawn Omelette, which portion is good for sharing with 2-3 people, and sautΓ©ed vegetables. Donβt forget to add the chili sauce, itβs a great companion for the chicken.
The ambience is casual & cozy, good for groups or family dining. The price is quite affordable & there is a 10% discount for Sinarmas Bank cards. A must visit especially if you love hawker style chicken rice.

Wee Nam Kee is one of the Hainanese Chicken Rice restaurant franchises from Singapore which is very well known in various countries and there are already restaurant branches, one of which in Indonesia has several branches of the Wee Nam Kee restaurant. All the food served here is very delicious, starting from seafood, meat, vegetables, dumplings, especially with its Signature Chicken Rice. Apart from the main menu, the desserts are also very interesting and delicious. I am also one of those people who like delicious Asian food and lots of vegetables of course.
This time I visited Wee Nam Kee at Grand Indonesia Mall. From the menu we can see that this is for people with a "salty" food preference. There are many other menu choices.
Here I ordered the Roasted Chicken Rice Set. From the start I really like Hainan chicken rice, this chicken set is very tasty and chewy meat.
For the price of Chicken Rice Set, it is still a standard menu and price is increase a bit not same as before, with IDR 72k (including tax, service charge, and PB).

β β β β β Best Singapore style hainan rice. Portions a bit small. They have hainan rice meal set with tea/iced tea. Ifumie also nice. Try Prawn roll in beancurd skin too for appetizer.
