td pagi sy telf ke office japan airlines dan yg angkat Lelaki tapi sangat sombong dan merendahkan sekali , karena saya mau rubah tiket dan memang tiket sy promo dan saya beli melalu agency dan agency menyarankan untuk menanyakan langsung ke office Japan airline . dan Mas nya bilang β€œ loh memang tidak bisa memalui angency” dan sy pikir β€œ hello u work there for help koq malah bilang begitu β€œ dan akhirnya dia bilang ooh ini tiket promo dan kelas paling terendah β€œ sy beli pakai uang loh walau ini kelas promo seharusnya bsa bilang baik2 , dan tidak perlu dengan nada menyindir, aneh ya koq kerja sebagai customer service tp kelalkuan kerja jadi kuli , kasar bicaranya dan tidak pake attitude β€œ so finally sy nyesal beli tiket JaL karena layanan nya sangat buruk yg di office jakarta beda dengan Airlines lain .
This morning I telf to the Japan Airlines office and the one who lifted the male but very arrogant and very condescending, because I wanted to change the ticket and my ticket was indeed a promo and I bought it through the agency and the agency suggested to ask directly to the Japan airline office. and the Mas said "you can't go through angency" and I thought "hello u work there for help how come I even say that" and finally he said ooh this is a promo ticket and the lowest class "I buy it using money, even though this promo class should be able to say good, and don't need to be sarcastic, it's strange how come I work as a customer service but the negligence of working as a coolie, harshly speaking and don't use attitude " so finally I regret buying JaL ticket because the service is so bad that the Jakarta office is different from other airlines.

Incompetence. A 16,5 hour delay for our 6 30 flight to Narita, was announced this morning, at 3 20 am, arriving cgk. We were not offered any solutions for transpacific travel with other airlines, instead told to wait till 23 05 for their rescheduled flight, to allow for maintenance. It is now 23 25, hey are delayed again, a jal plane arrived 2 hours 20 minutes ago, with unresolved maintenance again the reason for delay, empty apologies & no solutions/clear information I fear for the life of my family, & now refuse to board. Do not trust this airline, at this time.
