★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bapak saya kerja di Bandung dan tinggal di bekasi, jd frequent perjalanan bandung - bekasi - bandung. Saya biasa pakai jasa X Trans, krn bapak saya butuh yg paling pagi akhirnya mau coba jackal holiday krn paling pagi berangkat jam 4.00 dan pesan meelalui traveloka dgn itinerary ticket nya sdh ada, no booking sdh ada, di screen shoot.sampai di travel bapa sy surprise krn Tdk bs klo tdk ada tiket nya. Smntra adik saya sdh kirim screen shoot tiket nya melalui WA, alasan mrk bth barcode utk cetak tiket. Padahal Nama bapak saya sdh ada di aplikasi mereka, tp ttp tdk bisa. Krn tdk mau berpanjang kalam akhirnya bayar lagi. Staff sngt tdk profesional dan kesan nya "bukan urusan saya" , tnpa ksh solusi atau bantu. Unless klo ujug-ujug bapa saya dtg tanpa itinerary ticket baru mrk tolak nah ini itinerary tiket sdh ada (Screen shoot) , di aplikasi mrk juga ada msh ttp tdk bisa. Smntra di X Trans cukup sebut nama saja sdh valid. Kapok pakai jasa ini travel.
 My father works in Bandung and lives in Bekasi, so he frequently travels from Bandung - Bekasi - Bandung. I usually use the X Trans service, because my father needs it the first time I finally want to try jackal holiday because the earliest I leave at 4.00 and order via Traveloka with the itinerary ticket already available, no booking is available, screen shot. Arrived at my father's travel surprise because it's impossible if there is no ticket. While my sister has sent a screen shot of her ticket via WA, their reason is because the barcode is to print the ticket. Even though my father's name is already in their application, but it doesn't work. Because I don't want to prolong the sentence, I finally pay again. The staff is very unprofessional and the impression is "not my business", without any solutions or help. Unless in the end my father came without a new itinerary ticket, they refused, now the ticket itinerary already exists (Screen shoot) , in their application they also have it, but it doesn't work. Smntra on X Trans, just say the name, it's valid. Tired of using this service for travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAL-HAL YANG MESTI DIKETAHUI OLEH CALON PENUMPANG JACKAL HOLIDAYS RUTE BEKASI - BANDUNG PP:
KURSI & ARMADA
1. Armada yang digunakan adalah Toyota Hi-Ace kapasitas 8 penumpang.
2. Kursi yang digunakan adalah captain seat sehingga memiliki jarak antara satu kursi dengan kursi yang lainnya.
3. Selain kursi no.1 (kursi di samping supir) terdapat sandaran kaki.
4. Semua kursi dilengkapi cup holder dan port charger tetapi tidak semua port charger berfungsi dengan baik. Tidak mendapat fasilitas air mineral.
5. Jok kursi saya rasakan cukup nyaman hanya pada bagian kepala saja yang kurang tersandar dengan baik.
RUTE PERJALANAN
6. Meskipun rute yang tertulis adalah Bekasi-Bandung, pada kenyataannya semua armada dari Bekasi akan menuju Jatiwaringin dahulu untuk cek/naik/turun penumpang/paket. Begitupun yang dari Bandung ke Bekasi akan mampir dahulu ke Jatiwaringin untuk melakukan hal yang sama.
7. Armada setidak-tidaknya akan mampir ke rest area di tol Purbaleunyi satu kali dalam perjalanan.
8. Meskipun dalam info di OTA atau di counter perjalanan ini memakan waktu 2 jam, pada kenyataannya perjalanan ini minimal memakan waktu selama 3 jam. Perlu diketahui bahwa shuttle Jakckal Holidays adalah shuttle dengan laju kecepatan yang santai dan tidak ngebut. Sementara itu, kualitas mengemudi masing-masing supir berbeda-beda.
9. Rute yang diambil Bekasi - Bandung PP ialah: Mega Bekasi - Tol Jakarta Cikampek exit Jatiwaringin - Tol Layang Jakarta Cikampek (Tol MBZ) - Tol Purbaleunyi exit Pasteur - Bandung.
TIKET & BOARDING
10. Tiket hanya bisa dibeli dengan cara non tunai (debit/transfer VA/transfer OTA/kartu kredit) termasuk pembelian di loket Jackal Holidays-nya langsung.
11. Karena okupansi shuttle ini cukup baik, tidak disarankan untuk membeli secara go show.
12. Saran saya, belilah tiket secara online via aplikasi Redbus karena bisa booking kursi pilihan kita. Selain Redbus, aplikasi lainnya tidak dapat booking kursi, hanya booking tiket saja (kursi dipilihkan pada saat boarding di loket).
13. Simpan kode OTP/kode booking yang telah dibeli online untuk dilaporkan pada saat boarding di loket supaya mendapat tiket fisiknya.
THINGS THAT PROSPECTIVE PASSENGERS MUST KNOW JACKAL HOLIDAYS ROUTE BEKASI - BANDUNG PP:
SEATS & Fleet
1. The fleet used is a Toyota Hi-Ace with a capacity of 8 passengers.
2. The chair used is a captain seat so that it has a distance between one chair and another.
3. In addition to seat no.1 (the seat next to the driver) there is a footrest.
4. All seats are equipped with cup holders and charger ports but not all charger ports work properly. Do not get mineral water facilities.
5. The seat upholstery I feel is quite comfortable only on the head which is not leaning well.
TRAVEL ROUTE
6. Even though the written route is Bekasi-Bandung, in reality all fleets from Bekasi will go to Jatiwaringin first to check/board/drop off passengers/packages. Likewise, those from Bandung to Bekasi will stop by first to Jatiwaringin to do the same thing.
7. The fleet will at least stop by the rest area on the Purbaleunyi toll road once on the way.
8. Even though the info in the OTA or at the counter this trip takes 2 hours, in reality this trip takes at least 3 hours. Please note that the Jakckal Holidays shuttle is a shuttle with a relaxed and non-speeding speed. Meanwhile, the driving quality of each driver is different.
9. The routes taken by Bekasi - Bandung PP are: Mega Bekasi - Jakarta Cikampek Toll Exit Jatiwaringin - Jakarta Cikampek Elevated Toll Road (MBZ Toll) - Purbaleunyi Toll Exit Pasteur - Bandung.
TICKETS & BOARDING
10. Tickets can only be purchased using non-cash methods (debit/VA transfer/OTA transfer/credit card) including direct purchases at the Jackal Holidays counter.
11. Because the occupancy of this shuttle is quite good, it is not recommended to buy it on a go show basis.
12. My advice, buy tickets online via the Redbus application because you can book the seat of our choice. Apart from Redbus, other applications cannot book seats, only book tickets (seats are selected at the time of boarding at the counter).
13. Save the OTP code/booking code that has been purchased online to be reported at the time of boarding at the counter to get a physical ticket.

Bagi anda yang ingin ke Bandung bisa datang langsung untuk membeli tiket ke Bandung maupun pesan di Traveloka. Jangan lupa setelah anda pesan tiket online baik via Traveloka maupun via webnya langsung untuk check ini sebelum berangkat.
Keberangkatan armada setiap jam sehingga anda bisa mengatur jam keberangkatan sendiri tanpa harus hawatir ketinggalan angkutan. Jika armada penuh maka langsung ke Bandung namun jika masih ada kursi kosong ada kemungkinan mengambil penumpang terlebih dahulu di sekitaran Bekasi seperti kayu ringin.
Pelayanan cukup ramah dengan jam keberangkatan yang tepat serta kenyamanan saat berada didalam kendaraan dengan jok yang lebih besar. Armadanya seharusnya berisi 16 penumpang namun sudah di modif hanya untuk 8 penumpang sehingga anda sangat nyaman berada didalam kendaraan.

For those of you who want to go to Bandung, you can come directly to buy tickets to Bandung or order at Traveloka. Don't forget after you order tickets online either via Traveloka or via the website directly to check this before leaving.
The fleet departs every hour so you can set your own departure time without having to worry about missing transportation. If the fleet is full, then go directly to Bandung, but if there are still empty seats, it is possible to take passengers first around Bekasi like Kayu Ringin.
The service is quite friendly with the right departure time and comfort when in a vehicle with a larger seat. The fleet is supposed to contain 16 passengers but has been modified for only 8 passengers so you are very comfortable in the vehicle.

Nggak denger dipanggil, ketika ditanya tiba" bilang sudah berangkat dan katanya bus gak bisa masuk, padahal sudah nungguin di lokasi.
That's bad. Been waiting 2 hours and it's 1 hour delay from schedule (should be 20.25 to 21.25).
Didn't hear being called, when asked when he arrived, he said he had left and said the bus couldn't enter, even though it was already waiting at the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama naik Medium Bus Bekasi Bandung hari ini 18.35. Busnya bersih dan wangi, kaca bersih, USB charger berfungsi, ada cup holder, kursi nyaman, supir bawa mobilnya juga safety, kernetnya juga baik. Kurangnya satu aja pas mau turun, supirnya agak kasar ngomongnya karna mau langsung belok kanan, kenapa ya? itu aja minusnya, tapi soal busnya sih bagus. Terimakasih Jackal.
Just ride the Medium Bus Bekasi Bandung for the first time today at 18.35. The bus is clean and smells good, the glass is clean, the USB charger works, there is a cup holder, the seats are comfortable, the driver brings the car as well as safety, the kernet is also good. There's only one less when you want to get off, the driver is a bit rude in speaking because you want to turn right, why is that? That's just the minus, but about the bus, it's good.
