★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service HP dari bulan Mei, ada 2 hp (note dan iphone), awalnya komunikasi baik dan lancar, karena kena dampak Pandemi COVID19 Giant Mega Mall bekasi tutup sementara dan 2 hp saya masih di counter, setelah saya wa utk ambil HP katanya msh dikampung, bahkan saya ada transfer ke rekening BRI org ini, janjinya setelah sampai bekasi dia akan menghubungi saya. Terakhir dia menjawab wa saya tgl 1Juli 2020, tgl 4 Jul sdh tdk menjawab, saya cek ke Giant ternyata sdh ganti pemilik counternya..ada saksi Mas Rizki dari VIVO yg jd saksi dan ingat bahwa saya ada service hp..tolong yah FARI JAYA CELL dimana tanggungjawabnya?
I service cellphones from May, there are 2 cellphones (note and iphone), initially the communication was good and smooth, due to the impact of the COVID19 Pandemic, Giant Mega Mall Bekasi was temporarily closed and 2 of my cellphones were still at the counter, after I waited to take the cellphone, he said it was still in the village I even had a transfer to this org's BRI account, he promised that after arriving in Bekasi he would contact me.
