1. Barang baru diproses 2hari setelah dana sdh di trf (pd e-commerce tertera penjual sedang mengemasi barang)
2. Barang malah dikirim 2hari kemudian. Berarti 4hari stlh dana di trf barang baru dikirim
3. Saat pesanan datang pun,barang yg dipesan tdk sesuai dengan yg datang. Mesen warna X yang dateng warna Y.
Terpaksa samperin ke store nya. Stlh sampe sana minta tuker barang,pegawainya malah kebingungan dan seakan gatau menau dan gamau tau. Sampe akhirnya yang duduk di kasir (entah yg punya atau siapa) bilang klo warna barang yg dimaksud gak ada.
"Kalo gada ya kenapa gak dicancel aja. Biar tetep dapet pemasukan gitu?"
Alesannya katanya udah tlpn ke saya tapi nmr saya ga aktif. Saya tanya balik buat minta call history klo emg bnr prnh tlpn saya malah gadikasih,brarti beneran gak ada dong?
Walau akhirnya dicariin warna yg dimaksud dan ada,tetap jadi pertanyaan.
"Loh ini ada, Knp bilangnya kmrn gada dan maksa ngirim warna yang beda? Knp ga diusahain nyari dari kemarin kemarin?"
Intinya sangat kecewa dan bilang bukan seller recommended. Silahkan cari penjual yang lain:)
First time buying here via online. Via e-commerce. The front from here is a long time.
1. New goods are processed 2 days after the funds have been transferred (in e-commerce it says that the seller is packing the goods)
2. The goods were sent 2 days later. Means 4 days after the funds in the new goods are sent
3. Even when the order arrives, the item ordered does not match what it arrived. Mesen X color that comes color Y.
Forced to come to the store. After arriving there, I asked for goods to be traded, the employees were confused and seemed to be confused and didn't want to know. Until finally the one sitting at the cashier (whoever owns it or who) said that the color of the item in question didn't exist.
