★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya melakukan request penjemputan dari tanggal 7 juli, namun sampai detik ini barang sama sekali belum diambil. Saya sudah menghubungi customer service sebanyak 5x dan jawabannya mohon ditunggu akan dimaksimalkan. Tetapi sebagai pemilik toko, hal ini saya rasa sangat merugikan bagi toko saya karena toko sudah mengupayakan untuk segera menyediakan paket yang hendak dikirim tapi perlu hampir 3 hari untuk mengambil paket dan bisa saja lebih. Tentu hal ini akan sangat mempengaruhi penilaian pembeli kami. Apalagi jarak kantor cabang yang diajukan tidak lebih dari 10 menit dari titik penjemputan. Saya menyadari ppkm memang sangat menyulitkan namun apakah hal tersebut bisa mengurangi keprofesionalan perusahaan sekelas j&t? Saya melakukan panggilan yang sama bahkan ditanggal 8 untuk ekspedisi lain dan dapat diambil hari itu juga. Mohon perbaiki kinerja nya apabila memang perusahaan ingin bersaing.
I made a pick-up request from the 7th of July, but until now the item has not been picked up at all. I have contacted customer service 5 times and the answer, please wait, it will be maximized. But as a shop owner, I think this is very detrimental for my shop because the shop has tried to immediately provide the package to be sent but it takes almost 3 days to pick up the package and it could be more. Of course this will greatly affect the assessment of our buyers. Moreover, the proposed branch office is no more than 10 minutes from the pick-up point. I realize that PPKM is indeed very difficult, but can it reduce the professionalism of a company like J&T? I made the same call even on the 8th for another expedition and it can be picked up the same day. Please improve its performance if the company wants to compete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis cuman gajelas buka dan tutup nya, pas mau nganter paket kadang buka kadang tutup, padahal di sini udah ada jam operasionalnya, ini staff nya yg bermasalah apa gimana yaa ?
Strategic location, it's just not clear how to open and close it, when you want to deliver a package, sometimes it opens sometimes it closes, even though there are already operational hours here, what are the problems with the staff, what's going on
