Close to home, but unfortunately Lele's cashier is less interactive with customers to receive our packages. We feel ignored, hopefully there is an evaluation.

The place isn't that big...but the service is okay...masnya can help to print packages...and it's very helpful for customers who don't have prints like me...over all really okay, thanks for helping run the business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bukanya dari pagi jam 8 tapi karyawan nua datang siang jam 11 jd titip paket sama orang konter sebelah. ngk sesuai info aplikasi dan tak bisa diandalkan cepat.
not from the morning at 8, but the old employee came in the afternoon at 11 so I left the package with the person at the counter next door. Doesn't match application info and can't be relied on quickly.

West Jakarta lex is always slow.. For example, today's estimated date could be 2 days and then it comes home.. I'm sure it's always late.. every time I order a package to West Jakarta, it's always like that. different from the central Jakarta lex.. fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup baik, tapi sering tidak ada petugas yang cepet langsung scan barang. Alhasil paket sering disuruh diletakkan begitu saja di depan komputer. Saya sarankan tambah karyawan yg bisa stand by kapanpun paket dateng. Saya ngeri paket dicomot orang karena ga ada yang mengawasi.
The service is quite good, but often there are no officers who immediately scan the goods. As a result, the package is often told to just put it in front of the computer. I suggest adding employees who can stand by whenever the package arrives. I was horrified that the package was stolen because no one was watching.
