 Not true 24 hours ?? Only until 9s. The cellphone / wa after that is not active, even though it is very urgent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan pelayanan kasir penerima barang,17/6/2019 sekitar jam 10 pagi saya kirim barang saya menanyakan ketersediaan buble warp dan si kasir menjawab tidak menyediakan di outlet tersebut akhirnya saya pun tetap ingin kirim barang dan saya membayar kekasir.. namun setelah pembayaran sii kasir yang tadi nya ngomong bahwa tidak tersedia buble warp di outlet tersebut malah dia seketika menawarkan buble warp dengan biaya Rp 5000 dan akhirnya saya tolak karena dari awal dia bilang tidak ada... saya kecewa dengan pelayanan tersebut.. PESAN SAYA BUAT mba kasir,mba saya meminta untuk tambah buble warp juga bayar bukan untuk ngemis gratisan..semoga menjadi lebih baik lagi.. Thanks atas perhatiannya
Disappointed with the service of the consignee's cashier, 17/6/209 around 10am I sent the goods I asked about the availability of the buble warp and the cashier replied that he did not provide the outlet, finally I still wanted to send the goods and I paid kekasir ... but after payment sii the cashier who said that there was no warp buble at the outlet instead he immediately offered a buble warp at a cost of Rp 5,000 and finally I refused because from the beginning he said no ... I was disappointed with the service ... MY MESSAGE FOR Mba cashier, mba I ask to add bubp warp also pay not for begging for free ... hopefully it will be better ... Thanks for your attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak memuaskan... Sama customer muka cemberut...resi d lempar... Baru kali ini saya mendapat pelayanan j&t seperti ini... Padahal saya selalu kirim paket lewat j&t... Muka jgn asem2 mb lain kali...lebih sopan sama customer
Unsatisfactory service... With sullen faces... Receipts were thrown... This is the first time I've received J&T service like this... Even though I always send packages via J&T... Don't be sour, next time... more polite with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etika mbak adminnya gak sopan, paket saya dibuat jatuh dari meja yg dia simpan boro-boro minta maaf, malah gak diambil, akhirnya saya ambil sendiri. Untungnya isinya bukan barang pecah belah. Sepanjang melayani paket-paket yg saya kirim mbak nya cemberut dan gak ada ramah-tamah nya.
Sebaiknya pikir ulang kalo mau kirim paket di J&T ini, lebih baik cari outlet lain. Semoga bisa ada perbaikan dari pengelola outletnya kalo masih pengen bersaing.
Ms. admin's etiquette is not polite, my package was made to fall from the table she was storing, she apologized, didn't even take it, I finally took it myself. Luckily it wasn't glassware. As long as I was serving the packages that I sent, Ms. was sullen and not friendly.
It's better to think again if you want to send a package at J&T, it's better to find another outlet. Hopefully there can be improvements from the outlet manager if you still want to compete.
