★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu buka tanggal merah dan hari minggu sampai jam 10.30 malam. ga perlu bingung cari j&t jika butuh kirim malam hari
Always open on red and sunday until 10.30 pm. No need to be confused looking for J&T if you need to send it at night

Genuinely there's no friendliness, a kid wearing a hood doesn't have the attitude to serve like asking for noise, lazy to work this time, it's better to use another service that is more friendly

Masa saya anter paket pada diem aja semua tu karyawan ny kaya orang mau minta2 aja kesana ga di layani sama sekali? dan ga dijawab lagi orang ngomong malab sibuk sendiri aja. Mending cari konter j&t lain aja banyak yg ramah2 dr pada disini ya ampunn dah bikin emosi aja. Dan ternyata bukan sy aja, udah banyak yg mengalami ternyata di ulasan. Sok cari counter lain aja
I swear you don't have to send packages here. The service is really bad. Not friendly at all. When I deliver the package and just stay still, all the employees are like people who just want to beg there, they are not served at all, and people don't answer anymore when people talk about being busy alone. It's better to find another J&T counter, many are friendly than here, sorry, it just made me emotional. And it turns out that it's not just me, many have experienced it in the reviews. Just looking for another counter

I don't understand why this counter has shipping rates below the ones on the website. I sent 6 kg on the web for 200 and above, but sending from here only costs 148 thousand.
