★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popbox made life harder for the residents of Menteng Park Apartment.
Shipping stuffs to my unit has been a pain. While in other apartments, the reception accepts incoming packages, it is not the case here. All packages have to go to Popbox -- while this sounds to be an amazing solution, BUT there are some serious setbacks that the management office have to address:
-- Popbox space is limited, so if the Popbox space in my Tower is full, the courier then has to put the package in Popbox in the other tower (which was pretty far from my tower)
-- Some packages may not fit into Popbox space AT ALL! And the reception does not accept any packages, and I need to notify them 1 day in advance that I will get a shipment that may not fit into Popbox. But the problem with this is that: (1) I don't know when exactly the courier will come, shipment within Jakarta may take 1 to 2 days... and (2) I may not know the dimension of the shipment, so I don't know whether it will fit into Popbox or not.
PLUS recently they announced that starting 21 July 2021, we will not receive any notification via Whatsapp and the code will only be available thru their App.
Thank you for making our lives harder.
