For perspective tenants: Wide hallways with marble floors, well maintained infrastructure, fast elevators, great concierge management, great usable spaces (the units are all well laid out, I've lived in the 660sqm penthouse units as well as the 3BR, 2BR and 1BR units over the years), a small supermarket in the lobby, best of all, the Indonesian mentality of newer must be better has made the rental price here lower than the newer buildings right beside it but the newer buildings have lower usable space, narrow hallways, slow elevators, less luxury materials used, hence the value for money for Istana Sahid is immense. Less rent for more luxury.
The Penthouse units needs more AC as there is not enough heat insulation on the roof when I lived in one, and the 2nd floor where 3 of the bedrooms are located become an oven during the day time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Security (vendor) came w/ over reaction & talking arrogant baddly "Seriously?? KICK ME OUT OF THE BUILDING AREA w/ ROUGHLY JUST BECAUSE I PARKED IN THE EMPTY PARKING LOBBY AREAS ?!?!
Point is : good apartment in strategic area but horrible "SECURITY MENTAL BAD MANNER BEHAVIOR" that has been chosen, & for personal me.. No thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be able to get more than one star actually, BUT the security guarding the entrance is very arrogant, not mean to exaggerate but really-really arrogant. Not only that, instead of being given lift access, I had to climb the emergency stairs to the lobby. It's a good apartment with a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking for guest is nightmare. If you want to do exercise cardio for free and clueless security and staff, park here. Payment also only by cash in 2022. Avoid this place of all cost.
