★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in my whole life regarding hair trimming. The result was just so awful, not even close to what I've described to the stylist (that I have to go to another hair salon to fix my hair on the next day). The price I paid was over price I may say. Not worth the result.
The staffs, they seems to TRY to be friendly with "hi, everything is available, come in and give me your money already!".
I've been to a better hair salon with more professional staffs and at a reasonable price.
Why I gave 2 stars? Becuase the staffs are actually trying to be friendly (even though you can see and feel that it's not sincere).
I think Irwan team should do some improvement by giving more training for the stylist and staffs regarding their performance quality. I saw there are so many staffs there, but the service quality were so bad (in my experience).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is always excellent. The cut, the colouring is always as expected. Since 2018 the services was never failed. The people are professional, always give the best advice but yet never failed to listen to what customer wants and i think that is the most important things in sevices business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasant experience coming to Irwan Salon kokas. Been coming here for the past 6 years and has no intention to move to another hair salon. The staffs are always kind and cheerful, they welcome you with warm greetings and they always serve their best when it comes to hair treatment and other services they provided. Thank you Mas Kenzo and Didin for taking care of me for these past 6 wonderful years. Irwan is value for money. Best service and best of the best, always ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice once for haircut and other time for colour. Charges are quite high as they charge first for the person you chose from their board to service you and then for wash separately and blow dry separately. The strange thing is the expert whom you select only gives instruction and there are random people who service you and for a single service you are being approached by minimum 3 persons, bit overwhelming for me.

I did a haircut with Baim and it was great. Surprisingly my hairloss issue declined soon after. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very rarely give a hairdresser 5 stars (I did it only once, in Poland). This is the second time. Dedy Mada took care of my hair. He created a beautiful color that perfectly matched my face. The color is amazing. He didn't damage my hair while bleaching it. The salon staff are nice and patient with the client, and the hairdressers are professionals. I left the salon feeling satisfied and happy with my new hair
