Twice buying furniture and items (that you need to assembly yourself) here, twice they missed the small parts of crucial parts (screws, connector). I had to buy other parts myself in another online store because it's such a hassle, and I don't have the time and energy to friggin claim for a replace of missing parts to the store. Twice also, we did confirmed to buy certain furnitures, the employees who's supposed to take care of it, went somewhere else, and their friend took care of our order instead in confusion. I also overheard a guy in a small office(I bet there's some cctv monitors there) near the corner cashier, he scolded, over HT, some employees for lazying around. Either this branch needs to pay its employees a good pay so they take their job seriously, or the HR just didn't care when doing the interview as long as the store has employees. I can only recommend this place to look window shopping and to confirm the physical items whether they are what you really want or not, then just do your transaction in their online store, have the items sent to your house; so you'd be able to complain online and they can send the missing parts by their own expenses. If you don't want to pay for delivery fees, double or triple check everything. Open the boxes of whatever you bought, count everything before you walk off from the cashier. Do not trust this branch.
