★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting room with air conditioning, there is a wall charger, you can book via the application, hopefully in the future free cold soft drinks will be provided for the customer.
Open when pandemic but only 5 people can wait inside.
because the pandemic is still endemic then operating hours end at 15.30.
5 stars if application "MotorKu" is able to: 1. tracking queue progress, work, finished. 2. Complete service options are available along with spare part prices. 3.Displays service history, what has been replaced. 4.Payment via mobile banking or e-wallet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were nice and helpful, the waiting room also great(AC, TV, Free Wifi, Free Coffee or Tea, and some refreshing snack). I just didn't understand the waiting system over there, coz i booked a Maintenance service by WhatsApp two days before, but when i get there, i still have to wait more than 2 f*ckin hours. Which really disappointed me a lot, coz if i know it still going to be that long, i will come earlier. I hope they understand the meaning of appreciate the time.
