★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everythings smooth from the check in (for quarantine) stay in the room (6 nights), all the staff really helpful and polite from front desk, bell boy, room service, house keeping. Me and my husband so happy stay in Novotel (Tangerang). The Room space is good size for 2 people and everythings is clean. Next time for sure for quarantine purpose we will stay here again. Thank you Novotel team.

Good service at airport, good transport to hotel.
The room was nice, the food tasty, they make bigger portions on request, other requests were fulfilled quickly. Friendly and helpful staff.
Internet is fast and reliable.
Around the hotel is the big Tangcity mall and many shops. Nice stay, well will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 9 nights and 10 days for the quarantine package. The room was acceptable and the AC was working great the whole time, which was a blessing.
I had minor issues with the food given during the quarantine period, but they were accommodating with my preferences. Would I return? Probably not, but it's an okay choice to quarantine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quarantined here for 7 days. I was really impressed with the food portions. They gave me enough food where I felt full after every meal. Last year, I quarantined at another hotel and the food portions were horribly small. I’m glad that wasn’t the case this time. At Novotel, they give you 3 meal options - Western, Indonesian and even Korean. I was surprised at how tasty the food was. Compliments to the chef! I even requested to add more fruit to my meals and they happily obliged free of charge.
The whole quarantine process went smoothly. The service was excellent. Laundry was dropped off in the morning and returned in the evening. Wifi was good enough to work and have video calls. I’ll be honest though, the wifi did have moments where it was spotty, but overall it worked fine. I’m really happy and satisfied that I chose this hotel for quarantine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food!!! Was here for 2 nights 3 days quarantine from abroad with 2 toddlers. Best decision!!! Very helpful staff and decent room size and minimalist style. Just what we needed. Thanks a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novotel Tangerang never failed to give me and family an excellent experience to stay. It has a great location, next to the mall where make us easy to get some snacks for kids ??. This hotel is very suitable for family staycation and also for business travellers. All staffs are friendly and helpful. They have delicious foods, especially pizza!, we ordered pizza twice with good room service given. They also gave us some surprises by showing a written message on the glass wall, complimentary snack in the new year eve, all these make us happy . Do not hesitate to choose this hotel when you are in Tangerang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel for 7 days quarantine after see the good review. It started with i waited in airport for more than 15min at arrival area. I was sent to hotel by taxi. The room is spacious but the lighting is insufficient especially at working desk. Food given was so simple, plain and boring. I was served 2 meal with chicken breast and 2 meal fish fillet. As food is important during quarantine, hope hotel should look into the menu. I have same quarantine last year in other hotel but food was good with many different variety each meal. Appreciated the hotel take immediate action after i complain on food during day 2 but in overall, food is key factor that make me will not recommend or come back again for quarantine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally am very generous giving stars. The room i stayed in is still in great condition. Towels, amenities are just ok. However AC sucks big time. Overall hotel condition is maintained well. Breakfast is superb for its class. BUT we had 2 nights of meeting in the ballroom. The VIP room looks and feels like a rut!. No joke. VIP room is a rut. Well... that's why it is 3 Stars. Hope you guys fixing it soon
