tolong nasabahnya direspon...
tugu mandiri in4link does not provide any information ... I am very disappointed with this insurance because it is detrimental to customers ... no there is any information regarding savings for 5 years ... my husband and I have been saving for 4 years but I have no news and want to leave is difficult to contact. ..
please respond to the customer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first, I absolutely don't recommend you to apply for insurance here if it's for you own personal insurance. the agent and the customer service are not knowledgeable about the company nor the programs that they do, also they tend to circle you around to many people to get information. they don't really educate you about the customer account and the visibility of it, also your liability that you need to fulfill. also don't expect them to just easilly send you your polis, they suppose to but they just don't in my case. also in my experience if you don't know someone inside the company you'll get trouble just to know about your own insurance polis and your status on it. even some of the agent don't know how to get their hand on it. they do have a site that allow the customer or I don't know maybe it's just for agent that can show you your own account. but again unfortunately they don't really show you all the thing that you suppose to know like your own account state if you're in in4link program.
there are still lot of questionable thing about this company. but as far as I see, it's all thing that can be fixed eventually. if they get the right human resource.
