★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat tidak memuaskan. Pesan 2 menu. Menu ke dua malah tidak datang sama sekali padahal sudah menunggu hampir 15 menit lebih. Pengunjung yang belakangan datang yang duduk di sebelah meja saya malah mendapatkan makanannya terlebih dahulu yang makanannya sama dengan yang saya pesan. Sama sekali tidak ada permintaan maaf dari pelayannya soal ini. Dianggap hal yang biasa saja buat mereka.
 The service is very unsatisfactory. Order 2 menus. The second menu didn't even come at all even though it had been waiting for almost 15 minutes. The later visitors who sat next to my table got their food first, which was the same food as what I ordered. Absolutely no apologies from the waiter about this. It is considered normal for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mending tutup aja ini restoran. nama doang imperial kitchen, pelayanan bagusan tenda pecel lele, rasa biasa aja kayak masakan restoran ruko, porsi? jangan ditanya. ayam asam manis harga 50.000 sebelum pajak dll hanya dapat 8 KOTAK, itupun 2 banyakan tepungnya WKWKWKWK. ya saya gak berharap dapet 200 potong, tapi ya pakai otak juga lah. jual makanan harga segitu tp porsi anak umur 2 tahun. piring, sendok dan garpu? kayak cuma dicelup dalem baskom. piring bermiyak! sudah minta ganti pun masih berminyak! garpu ada bekas kerak, mungkin dari lauk orang yg makan sebelumnya dengan garpu itu. restoran sekelas imperial kitchen gak bisa cuci peralatan makan dengan bersih ya? sabun pencuci piring dari merk A-Z dengan varian abcde dan anda cuci peralatan makan masih jorok dan berminyak? memalukan. mending tutup jangan buka restoran bos. jangan merugikan dan menari diatas kerugian orang lain. bagi customer yg baca review ini, silakan uji nyali. saya bukan kompetitor f&b yang menjatuhkan usaha orang. tapi kalau pelayanan nya kayak gini, sangat memalukan. kalau yang baca owner atau petinggi dari grup restoran ini, edukasi dan evaluasi lagi restoran memalukan anda ini. sekian terima kasih
better close this restaurant. the name is imperial kitchen, the service is good for the catfish pecel tent, the taste is just like a shop-house restaurant, the portion? don't ask. sweet and sour chicken for 50,000 before tax etc. only gets 8 BOXES, and even then 2 is mostly flour WKWKWKWK. Yes, I didn't expect to get 200 pieces, but yes, use your brain too. selling food at that price but the portion is for a 2 year old child. plates, spoons and forks? like just dipped in a basin. greasy plate! I've asked for a change and it's still greasy! the fork has crust marks, maybe from a side dish from someone who ate before with the fork. an imperial kitchen class restaurant can't wash cutlery clean, right? dishwashing soap from the A-Z brand with the ABCDE variant and you wash your cutlery still dirty and greasy? embarrassing. better close, don't open the boss restaurant. do not harm and dance on the loss of others. For customers who read this review, please test your guts. I'm not an F&B competitor that brings down people's business. but if the service is like this, it's a shame.
