β β β β β It may look like a simple (but beautiful) restaurant in a ruko in Kelapa Gading.... but i can tell you the chef isn't your average cook.
Let's talk about their terasi (shrimp paste) fried chicken for one. It's way too often, i find fried chicken in chinese food place to be too dry and tough. Often overly fried. But here, when the fried chicken came, it looks like it's overly fried and tough, but on my first bite, all the juices just flow. The flavoring is mild but just nice for the chicken without completely overshadowing the chicken's flavor. Just perfect.
I also had their tofu (japanese style tofu) which is very soft and nice, topped with really tasty chicken meatball.
The calamari was really something else. I never once had a calamary so tender that has no elasticity at all. Weird but i love it.
Their bean and minched meat tastes good although not the best i've had.
Now comes their fried meat bun. Again the cook's skill is shown impressively here. A well made bread will not stick on your teeth. This is the case with the bread. Not sticky at all. And the chicken inside was so tender and perfectly done.
For its cheap price, you'd get these kind od amazing food. Would recommend and return again. 5β indeed

β β β β β Ate for my dinner here. Pretty decent food more like a home cook dinner rather than a restaurant meal. Ordered mapo tofu, seafood fried rice and chicken feet. Will def come back.

Environment : ββ Small but comfy but a little dirty. Found some baby cockroach running around on the sofa bench ?
But overall it's quite good.

β β β β β Nice small place, delicious food eith affordable price. Even kwetisu gorrng taste so chinese food, eithout kecap! Dimsum pokcoy is so nice. And i think one of their suoreiority is they serve fresh udanggg :)
