★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good I guess, the place is neat and simple but there is only one bathroom and it's for male and female not separately. The parking is kinda small so think carefully when you want to bring your car here on the weekend or friday night. The food is pretty good and it's relatively cheap. Overall it's a nice place to spent with your close relatives (especially in groups).

Dishes coming out at extremely slow pace.
Can't ask much for such low budget price.
But at times, even massive quantity can't justify the lacking in other aspects.
The good side is they took a good care of their place. At least based on my last visit.
Do I recommend this?
If you are on tight budget, or just looking to eat many dimsum and hanging out for a while. Then go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very cozy and looks modern. It's good enough for a cheap all you can eat dimsum. Just know the trick how to order the menu. I recommend to only order 5 at one time, so the dimsum will be warm enough to eat. Eating cold dimsum wasn't so good. I don't recommend the one dimsum with sticky rice filling, which could fill your stomach easily. The fried ones were also good. It's better to good with at least 2 persons. Since they charge 2, when you are alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, not so clean, fast respond. We order a lot of food and taste average. But for 58k/person with unlimited time that was good. Free tea and porridge. Porridge taste good and the hot sauce was too hot for me. This place have nice wallpapers and was quite.
