★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan buruk, saya sudah telp untuk reservasi service 3 hari sebelum hari h, dan sdh dicatat no telp nya pula, ternyata pada hari h nya diinfokan oleh satpam belum ada bookingan service, jadi supir diminta booking service ulang, untuk biaya service di pimpong telp dr cs ke bengkel dalam, diminta telp ulang, setelah 30 menit telp di pimpong lg ke dalam, disuruh telp ulang lagi, seharusnya biaya service dari cs sudah tau semua nya tersentral dr cs nya, bukan pimpong sana sini....dan penggantian spare part harusnya di infokan dulu bukan langsung ganti saja
 bad service, I called for a service reservation 3 days before the day, and the phone number has been recorded as well, it turns out that on the day it was informed by the security guard there was no service booking, so the driver was asked to book service again, for service fees at Pimpong, call dr cs went to the inner repair shop, asked to call again, after 30 minutes the call was brought in again, told to call again, the service fee from cs should have known everything was centralized from the cs, not pimpong here and there .... and replacement of spare parts should have been informed first, not just replace it

It's really long waiting for the consul's turn to cs can take up to 40 minutes, crazy times we don't have time to wait that long! The CS just types, I don't know what to type, God...
Please CS Hyundai Kalimalang (Pak Dadan) to hurry up again for the consultation please.... I'm still waiting, it's been almost 40 minutes :')

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya salah satu customer yg membeli unit di Hyundai Kalimalang. Berdasarkan pengalaman saya, SALESMAN SANGAT TIDAK RESPONSIVE. Setelah deal (pembayaran SPK) Salesman jd slow response/susah membalas text, susah di telfon, dan tdk sesuai janji.
I am one of the customers who bought a unit at Hyundai Kalimalang. Based on my experience, SALESMANS ARE VERY UNRESPONSIVE. After the deal (payment of SPK) the salesman becomes slow in response/hard to reply to texts, difficult to call, and not as promised.
