★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this hotel from the quarantine hotels list at last minute. Ms. Belinda was the first person l contacted and she prepared everything l needed at the AirPort. Everything was very smooth and easy with her. She also very kindly helped me on check out day from how to take money from the ATM till finding a taxi to the AirPort.
Even if l am not used to Asian foods, they offered me quite good staff.
The cleaning service also very good and kind.
It’s the first time for me to be in Jakarta. And Thanks to all the staff in this hotel made me feel like at home. They were so kind :)))
I would definetely reccommend it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel in my life. I am in this hotel in quarantine now and it looks like torture. The hotel staff starts walking down the hallway, shouting, banging, hauling carts and bringing breakfast at 6am! At 6 am! How do you like that? Then at 9 in the morning they come to clean up the trash, knock on the door with all their might and bring lunch at 12! It looks like torture! We can't sleep at all!
Also in the rooms the windows face the wall, there is no sunlight and fresh air at all! The food is not tasty at all, it is impossible to eat it. Thus, we can't eat, sleep and we can't breathe. This is the worst we could choose.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to ruin your 10 days of life. I hope my review will help someone make a choice in the direction of another quarantine hotel!

Especially Miss Rasya. i can't speak Indonesia and not fluent in english so i thought we're gonna have a lot of miss communication, but it's not happening thanks to her. I heard she's a trainee there, they're definitely have a good eye to pick her as their trainee. The room was comfy btw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for repatriation. Overall a very good staying experience. Good food, the room is clean, and quite spacious to stay for 10 days. The most unsatisfying experience is they never ask if I have any clothes for laundry (even though it is included in the repatriation package).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel due to its price as compared to other hotels within this location. Rooms were a little dated and cleanliness can definitely be improved. My room in particular had a very dirty sink, the bottom of the sink was detached and a broken door latch. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 1 night for quarantine in Jakarta. Nice clean cosy room. Service staff excellent, well coordinated, honest and polite. Well prepared b/l/dinner meals.. Healthy and tasty. Everything works, checkout staff Jasmine and Fauzan were so cheerful and responsive that I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for my mandatory quarantine. Deluxe room was small, didn't seem thoroughly cleaned before. But hotel staff is extremely friendly, willing to make my stay comfortable.
Got my final PCR before release and it may have been contaminated. I requested appeal after receiving positive test. Paid out of pocket (~$30US) and got both back negative.
Cafe makes great food, delivered to my room. Decided to stay after quarantine because the staff here. Highly recommend them.
