β β β β β Standart rumah sakit sih.. cukup bersih, tp toilet nya agak bau ya mungkin krn udah kebayakan org yg ke toilet... tp sih selama covid ini rs nya sepi nah pas ada vaksin aja nih lumayan ramai... kantinnya makanannya enak tp ga lengkap
It's a standard hospital.. it's quite clean, but the toilet is a bit smelly, maybe because most people have gone to the toilet... but during this covid the hospital is quiet, so when there's a vaccine, it's quite crowded... the canteen is good but not complete

Saya pribadi tidak terima,,PDA waktu 28/06/2021 saya cek swab di Rs pusdikes hasil positif di bilng disuruh ke dokter aja,tapi g di bilng dokter siapa dan harus gmn,,trus saya ke IGD dan sama dokternya suruh ke pendaftaran habis itu suruh blik ke IGD lgi,,sudah blik lagi suruh ke kasir,,,dan ke kasir byar lagi uang pendaftaran dan perawatan di IGD
sharga Rp. 70.000 padahal saya di IGD ga di cek SMA sekali cuman di suruh doang langsng ke apotik ,,tapi kok ada biaya perawatan di IGD..dan saya jg memlikiki BPJS kesehatan knp msh bayar?, obatnya mna hampir Rp. 500.000 lgi..tolong pelayanannya dan knp saya ada BPJS masih suruh bayar, Terima kasih.

I personally didn't accept it, PDA on 28/06/2021 I checked the swab at the health center, the positive result was said to be told to go to a doctor, but the doctor didn't tell me who and what should I do, then I went to the emergency room and the doctor told me to complete the registration it told me to go to the ER again, it's already back, I told the cashier, and to the cashier to pay for registration and maintenance at the ER
price Rp. 70,000 even though I was in the ER, I wasn't checked by high school once, I was just told to go directly to the pharmacy, but why is there a treatment fee in the ER.. and I also have BPJS health, why do I still pay?, where is the medicine almost Rp. 500,000 more..please service and why do I have BPJS still asking to pay, thank you.

β β β β β dokter poliklinik kebidanan ngaret parah, jadwal jam 12.00 tapi sampe jam 15.00 belom dateng juga dokternya, kl orang sekarat yg nunggu bisa keburu lewat kali

β β β β β 1. Untuk daftar pasien, harus dtg ke RS nya, itu pun ada yg dari subuh?? Plis deh, hari gini masih gak online untuk pendaftarannya?
2. MbaΒ² bagian pendaftaran, super duper nyebelin. Ngomong sama pasien, tp mata ngadep ke layar komputer, sangat gak sopan.
Suruh foto kopi surat rujukan, pdhal jelas di keterangan, surat rujukan HANYA UNTUK 1 KALI KUNJUNGAN. Yg arti nya, mau dkopi smp ratusan jg gak bisa dpake lg. Krn kemungkinan besar si pasien akan drujuk ke RS yang lebih besar, jd gak akan balik lg ke RS ini untuk kontrol, krn si pasien akan dtangani lgsg sm RS yg lebih besar itu. Cb yaa pahami surat rujukan (SR) dgn baik. Ada 2 macam SR. Ada1 rujukan utk 1x kunjungan, ada rujukan, yg bs dpakai slm 3 bulan, biasanya di keterangan akan dtulis masa berlaku surat rujukan. Ngaku udh berpengalaman nanganin surat rujukan tp hal sesimple ini gak paham ? udh gt kang foto kopian jg gak ada di rs nya.. nyuruh moto kopi tp gak nyediain kang foto kopi????
3. Hal yg baik dr RS ini, cuma dokter nya. Dokternya baikΒ² bgt. Tp sayang, 1 RS jd jelek krn bagian front office nya yg sangatΒ² tidak baik.

2. MbaΒ² the registration section, super duper annoying. Talking to a patient, but looking at the computer screen, is very impolite.
Ask for a photocopy of the referral letter, even though it is clear in the description, the referral letter is ONLY FOR 1 VISIT. Which means, if you want to copy up to hundreds, you can't use it anymore. Because most likely the patient will be referred to a bigger hospital, so he will not return to this hospital for control, because the patient will be treated directly at the bigger hospital. Cb ya understand the referral letter (SR) well. There are 2 kinds of SR. There is 1 referral for 1x visit, there is a referral, which can be used for up to 3 months, usually in the description the validity period of the referral letter will be written. I admit that I have experience handling referral letters, but I don't understand something as simple as this I don't have a photocopy of a photocopy at the hospital.
3. The only good thing about this hospital is the doctor. The doctor is very good. But unfortunately, 1 hospital is bad because the front office is not very good.
