★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bapak saya , dirujuk dari RS Mayapada dengan kondisi ventilator tapi stabil, terus mengalami penurunan sejak sampai di RS anda.
Sejak sampai sekitar jam 4 sore, baru sekitar jam 10 malam dipindahkan ke ICU dengan alasan menunggu hasil test darah padahal test darah dilakukan beberapa jam sebelum dipindahkan. Pun jika harus test ulang, kenapa triase IGD ga berlaku disini? Segitu lama menunggu hasil test darah sehingga saturasi normal turun menjadi 47. Ketika saya complain, Dokter IGD terpintar anda menjawab dengan ringannya: "kan bapak anda diintubasi?". Apakah benar intubasi menyebabkan saturasi malah memburuk? Sedangkan sebelumnya di RS Mayapada saturasi Bapak saya tidak pernah kurang dari 97?
Anehnya, stlh saya complain, ada petugas masuk yg entah membetulkan apa dan saturasi berubah menjadi 61. Tetap angka yang sangat buruk.
Keanehan lain, Bapak langsung dipindah le ICU setelah saya complain tanpa menunggu hasil test darah. Kenapa tidak sejak sampai langsung dihandle & dipindahkan ke ICU? Kami pindahkan Bapak ke RS anda bukan karena ingin gratisan, bukan fans gratisan karena sadar disini ga ada uang ga ada pangkat maka ga ada pelayanan kesehatan yg memadai, kesini tapi karena mengejar mesin HD yg tidak tersedia utk pasien covid di RS Mayapada. RS anda yg telah mengkonfirmasi bahwa ICU tersedia tapi kenapa proses administrasi lebih di kedepankan dibandingkan dengan urgensi atas keselamatan pasien??
Pun ketika kami bertanya kepada salah satu petugas anda, tanpa emergency samasekali dengan ringannya menjawab : "Berdoa saja, Bapak koma!!" sambil berlalu, tidak melakukan apa apa.
Seandainya kami tidak mengimani takdir, tentu kami akan kembali utk menuntut bahwa ada prosedur yg salah disini. Sayang sekali, konsentrasi akan kondisi Bapak membuat kami lupa bertanya siapa petugas santai yg mengatakan bapak saya koma tanpa empati sedikitpun atau nama dokter muda yg spt tanpa pengetahuan mumpuni menjawab saturasi oksigen bapak turun karena di intubasi.
Apakah karena gratis maka pelayanan anda selambat & seceroboh itu?
Apakah karena anda RS Polisi maka anda seenaknya spt itu?
Harap diingat bahwa kebanyakan yg menikmati fasilitas gratis anda adalah rakyat. Jika anda dzalim maka ingat pertanggungjawaban anda di akhirat di hadapan Allah nanti.

Untuk yg emergency, sebaiknya si berpikir berulang kali untuk berobat disini ya. Nyawa taruhannya. Mending kalau sudah takdirnya wafat - urusan selesai, kalau masi ada umur? BISA BISA CACAT!!
My father, who was referred from Mayapada Hospital on a ventilator but is stable, has been steadily decreasing since he arrived at your hospital.
Since arriving at around 4 pm, it was only around 10 pm that he was transferred to the ICU with the excuse of waiting for the results of the blood test even though the blood test was carried out several hours before being transferred. Even if you have to retest, why doesn't ER triage apply here? Waited so long for the results of the blood test so that the normal saturation dropped to 47. When I complained, your smartest emergency room doctor answered lightly: "Your father was intubated right?". Is it true that intubation causes saturation to worsen? Whereas previously at Mayapada Hospital, my father's saturation was never less than 97?
Strangely, after I complained, an officer came in who didn't know what to fix and the saturation changed to 61. Still a very bad number.
Another oddity, you were immediately transferred to the ICU after I complained without waiting for the results of the blood test. Why wasn't it immediately handled & transferred to the ICU? We moved you to your hospital not because you want freebies, not fans for free because you realize that there is no money, no rank, so there is no adequate health service, here but because you are chasing HD machines that are not available for covid patients at Mayapada Hospital. Your hospital has confirmed that the ICU is available but why is the administrative process more prioritized compared to the urgency of patient safety??
Even when we asked one of your officers, without any emergency at all, he simply replied: "Just pray, Mr. in a coma!!" while walking away, doing nothing.
If we don't believe in destiny, of course we will come back to demand that there is a wrong procedure here. Unfortunately, the concentration on your condition made us forget to ask who was the casual officer who said my father was in a coma without the slightest empathy or the name of a young doctor who, for example, had no proper knowledge, answered that your oxygen saturation had dropped due to intubation.
Is it because it's free that your service is that slow & careless?
Is it because you are a police hospital that you are like that?
Please remember that most who enjoy your free facilities are the people. If you are wrong then remember your responsibility in the hereafter in front of Allah later.

Salute to your late ER doctors.
For those who are in an emergency, you should think twice about getting treatment here. Lives at stake. It's better if it's destiny to die - the business is finished, if there is still age? COULD BE DISABLED!!
