Tapi setelah tanya minta izin nyoba.. respon proaktif, Ngasih feedbaik baik. Poeas!
When I first entered the store, I felt a little neglected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak sopan. Pegawai yang diterima kerja disini ga ada kriteria, psikotest dan atau syarat dan ketentuan nya ya supaya bisa kerja disini?
Ownernya jarang visit ya makanya pegawainya seenaknya aja. Klo melayani customer itu jangan mandang penampilan. Kalian kan masih bisa terima gaji karena ada customer yang beli. Customer itu beli pake duit bukan ngemis atau minta duit kalian disitu. Jaman sekarang cari kerja susah, kerja yang bener ga usah banyak gaya klo masih jadi pegawai. Bisa ga sih diganti aja semua pegawai disini? Cari yang kompeten dan good attitude. Klo mau banyak gaya jadi pembeli bukan SPB. Bikin ilfil belanja disini.
Very impolite service. Employees who are accepted to work here do not have criteria, psychological tests and or terms and conditions so that they can work here?
The owner rarely visits, so the employees just like it. When serving customers, don't look at appearances. You can still receive a salary because there are customers who buy them. The customer buys with money, not begging or asking for your money there. It's hard to find work these days, a real job doesn't have to be a lot of style if you're still an employee. Can you replace all the employees here? Look for competent and good attitude. If you want a lot of style, be a buyer instead of SPB. Make ilfil shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barangnya sih bagus2. Sepatu basketnya baru2, paling lama versi 2 tahun terakhir. Diskon utk sepatu lama juga lumayan gede. Kadang lebih murah daripada sepatu ori yg sama di marketplace, meskipun untung2an jg kalo masih ada stok.
TAPI...
Pelayanannya mengecewakan. Baru dilayani saat ditanya. Memang ada enaknya juga sih, jadi bisa nyoba2 sepatu sesuka hati. Tapi meskipun udah bener2 mau beli, kebanyakan stafnya jutek dan ketus, terutama yg pake topi dan agak gemuk. Ramahnya cuma pembeli yang keliatan berduit. Kalah dari Planet Sports, Nike, dan toko2 sepatu/olahraga lain. Bahkan yg di cabang Pacific Place lebih ramah daripada di sini. Lain kali saya lebih milih beli di cabang Pacific Place yang gerainya lebih besar dan stafnya lebih ramah, meskipun jauhan dikit.
Tolong dong pemilik/manajer gerai lebih selektif dlm memilih staf. Kalo nggak, bisa2 pembeli bakal pindah ke cabang lain atau gerai pesaing.

However, even when I really want to buy, most of the staffs are unfriendly and impolite, especially the slightly fat gut with hat. He seems to be friendly only towards the obviously rich-looking customers. The service isn't as good as Planet Sports, Nike, and other shoe/sport shops. Even the Pacific Place branch is friendlier. Next time I'd just go and buy at Pacific Place branch which has bigger store and friendlier staffs, despite being a little farther.
To the owner/store manager, please be more selective in recruiting your staffs, or else the customers would go to other branches or competitor stores.
The stuff is good. The basketball shoes are brand new, the latest version is the last 2 years. Discounts for old shoes are also quite large. Sometimes it's cheaper than the same original shoes in the marketplace, even though it's a good thing if there's still stock.

Next time I prefer to buy at the Pacific Place branch where the outlets are bigger and the staff is more friendly, even though it's a bit far away.
Please, store owners/managers are more selective in choosing staff. If not, the buyers might move to other branches or competitor outlets.

The price is okay, it's competitive and I bought 2 pcs of shoes, but my suggestion is that not all customers come, the question is, but they really need and want to buy, so it's good for cooperative employees to serve, they can be friendlier, better. Can the employees be trained again? Thanks
