★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas yg bernama ASEP sangat tidak membantu customer. Saya kecewa dengan caranya menghandle masalah customer. Cara menjawab customer seperti bos. Masa saya d suruh menyampaikan keluhan ketempat lain. Padahal kan beliau staff aigner. Masa d bilang *jangan sampaikan keluhan ke kami*. Lah kalo ga ke kamu, siapa lagi? Fyi, saya mau ganti strap. Bukan pertama x saya ganti strap d aigner. Tapi kali ini saya d suruh ganti k tmpt lain. Dengan alasan, kalo d titip di mereka, bs sampe 6 bulan, 1 tahun jangan d salahkan. Begitukah cara kamu menjawab masalah customer yg sudah beli barang d kamu?
The officer named ASEP is very unhelpful to the customer. I am disappointed with the way he handles customer problems. How to answer customers like a boss. I was told to submit a complaint to another place. Even though he's a staff aigner. Masa d said *don't submit a complaint to us*. So if not you, who else? Fyi, I want to change the strap. It's not the first time I've changed the strap from aigner. But this time I was told to change to another place. The reason is, if you leave it with them, it can take up to 6 months, 1 year, don't blame them. Is that how you answer the problems of customers who have bought goods from you?
