Was there for 10 minutes, 2 other customers on service desk being helped by 1 staff, 6-7 other staffs either busy with themselves or just wandering around. The one staff helping me (only after I asked for): zero knowledge. I was keen on purchasing the new Tab S5e. Not anymore, thank you. 21/05/19, 1:30pm.

It was consistently busy while I was there and each customer received quality service. If you are looking for Samsun electronics in South Jakarta than this is the place to go.
