★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this has the same management like Brooklyn Apartment the neighbor, then don't... I have been in Brooklyn for 1 year more, and as they never heard our complain so I supposed this is a better platform. The lobby is closed and the road maintenance has been running for so long, the roads are so rocky, ruining any car passing by. The management always ask us to pay on time even though we have paid, but when they did their responsibility, nope..... Honestly, I am really disappointed. Lots of people already slip many times in the lobby's stairs as the design of the stair is very slippery. I don't know how to reach them anymore or maybe they don't care when you have buy the unit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This artisan dimsum restaurant Come-Xia ("thank you" in Chinese pronounce) located at Yukaya Suites @Alam Sutera. They have variety if dimsum, such as Har Gow, Siu May, Lo Mai Gai. Cha Siu Bao, Shrimp Wonton, Salads, Noodles and Fried Rice, Hotplate dishes, Desserts, and Drinks. Seats in-door and out-door available. Recommended restaurant for family and collegue to dine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management of Yukata needs to improve or change. They often ignored issues which was raised by me as a landlord. Security staff and Engineering are not very active, I found most of the time security sat down behind reception counter. And oftentimes when we approached them, they were not in the mood to assist me and more of it they gave me some attitude. Each staffs would give me different information. Engineering kept delaying the problem in the apartment and nothing was followed up. My Paint issues in the apartment took forever to be completed... and when it comes to bill me for IPL, was on point and no delay .... shame for such a luxury apartment ... hope management do something to this matters... Paying premium IPL and not getting premium service. IPL = Building Maintenance Fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is equipped with an amazing view of the city. Given the premium price, I think security could be improved. Management is not attentive to visitors, and what’s lacking is the attention to detail. Crooked power point, uneven decor on the private lift area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby as always, impressive. But for such a premium apartment who has just been launched there are too many work in progress around the apartment making it look.. dirty?
We paid a visit to one of the show unit but nothing impressive though and simply over priced for an apartment located in alam sutera. Oh yeah they provide with a private lift for every unit. And when u are out from the lift, the space between your unit and the lift are considered as part of your apartment.
We were looking for a 71m2 unit and the marketing lady told us that the gross is around 55m2 ish. Quite tricky.
