★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya titip anabul saya pd hari ini tgl 28 Nov 2019, jam 10 saya titip untuk grooming. Saya tinggal untuk ke car wash yg tdk jauh dr posisi petshop, kira2 1 jam lbh saya kembali ke petshop untuk ambil anak2 saya. Saya kira sdh kelar tapi ternyata di pegang aja belum, dan blm ada pengerjaan sama sekali. Saya coba untuk menunggu di petshop karena males plg dl kermh karena bolak balik, anak saya yg pertama dimandikan. Setelah kelar dimandikan lalu diblow untuk pengeringan, saya BENAR2 KECEWA MAMPUS dengan kerjaan si groomer yg sangat tidak berpengalaman sama sekali. Dia saya perhatikan cara dia grooming dr tempat saya duduk, saya liat dia sangat kasar dengan anak saya. Saya coba tahan tapi gak bisa karena gak tega anak saya diperlakukan yg menurut saya kasar, saya tidak bisa tahan emosi saya. Dari jauh di tempat saya duduk saya teriak ke groomer nya, lalu saya samperin ke tempat dia grooming. Groomer benar2 sangat TIDAK PROFESIONAL dalam grooming, cenderung tidak bisa. Saya tidak tahu kl grooming di Holy Pet Shop yg lain, saya grooming di Holy Pet Shop yg di ruko Melia graha raya. Untuk owner Holy saya mohon untuk memperkerjakan groomer yg berpengalaman, dan TIDAK BIASA KASAR PADA HEWAN. Akhirnya saya minta berhenti untuk tidak dilanjutkan lg groomingnya karena tidak tega sama anak2 bulu saya, harus nya 2 anak yg grooming saya Cancel. Saya ingin bayar untuk anak pertama tapi dia menolak, bagus lah toh saya jg gak akan ikhlas kasihnya. TOLONG LEBIH DI PERHATIKAN, BUKAN KARENA JENIS HEWAN, TAPI MEREKA SEMUA SAMA SAMA MAHLUK HIDUP YG PERLU KASIH SAYANG JUGA. Trims
I left my proposal today on November 28, 2019, at 10 I left for grooming. I live to go to the car wash which is not far from the position of petshop, approximately 1 hour more I go back to petshop to take my children. I thought it was done but it turned out that I had not yet held it, and there was no work at all. I tried to wait at the petshop because I was lazy because I was back and forth, my first child was bathed. After finishing bathing and then curl for drying, I REALLY DISAPPOINTED MAMPUS with the work of the groomer who is very inexperienced at all. I noticed the way he was grooming from where I was sitting, I saw he was very rude with my child. I tried to hold it but could not because I could not bear my child treated which in my opinion was rude, I could not stand my emotions. From far away where I sat I shouted to his groomer, then I went to the place he was grooming. Groomer is really NOT PROFESSIONAL in grooming, tends not to be. I don't know about grooming at the other Holy Pet Shop, I am grooming at the Holy Pet Shop at the Melia Graha Raya shophouse. For Holy owner, I beg to employ experienced groomers, and NOT REGULAR IN RUDE ANIMALS. Finally, I asked to stop not continuing lg grooming because I couldn't bear my feathered children, it must be 2 children who grooming me Cancel. I want to pay for the first child but he refused, it's good that I will not be sincere in love. PLEASE MORE ATTENTION, NOT BECAUSE OF KINDS OF ANIMALS, BUT THEY'RE ALL THE SAME AS LIVING LIVES WHO NEED TO LOVE ALSO. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nitipin kucing saya di sini 5 harian dan suka banget. Kucing saya diajak main (keluar kandang) dan gam dikurung dalem kandang terus-terusan. Mas-masnya juga resposin saat chat untuk minta update. Pas mau dijemput juga kucing saya dimandiin dan gak bayar apa-apa lagi, recommended! ??
Keep my cat here 5 days and love it. My cat is invited to play (out of the cage) and the game is kept in the cage constantly. Mas-mas also respond during chat to ask for updates. When I want to be picked up, my cat is also bathed and doesn't pay anything else, recommended! ??
