★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halo kenapa yaa cabang ciledug dan joglo ,bathup nya tidak digunakan ,malah anabul kita selalu mandiin didalam kamar mandi ,dengan keadaan memandikannya pintu ditutup ,padahal yang paling utama melihat anabul kita mandi supaya tidak terjadi hal aneh yang membuat anabul kita jadi trauma ,bahkan pas dimandikan itu ,sya ngedenger suara anabul saya mengeong seperti tertelan air ,haduh konsisten dong ,kalo memangnya rusak ,kenapa gak di benerin benerin . Lain kali coba di korndinasikan yaa .

Petshop nya juga gada tempat duduk tamu buat kalau mau nungguin grooming kucing kita ...
Gak semua owner bisa percaya 100% kucing kita di pegang orang, jdi ada juga yang mau nungguin dan gamau ninggalin kucing saat grooming.
Di wa nanya barang pun gada tanggapan, di read aja ...
Payah dah ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dijadwalin grooming jam 10 pagi, kucing saya baru dijemput jam 1 siang, dengan alasan kurang orang ditokonya. Dan gak ada konfirmasi juga dr pihak adminnya sampe saya yg chat adminnya duluan.
Grooming was scheduled at 10 am, my cat was only picked up at 1 pm, with the excuse that there were not enough people in the shop. And there was also no confirmation from the admin until I chatted with the admin first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang beda yaa antara klinik swasta dan negeri.
Kalau ingin tanggap cepat untuk kucingnya yaa di klinik swasta, pelayanan dan obatnya pun lengkap.
Semua ada, soalnya awal ke klinik negeri, hanya dikasih resep dan tindakannya cuma sekedar dibersihkan luka nya dan dikasih obat seadanya.
Sudah baik petshop ini, semoga lebih baik lagi dalam pelayanannya.

Everything is there, because the first time I went to a state clinic, I was only given a prescription and the only action was to clean the wound and give me some basic medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah langganan grooming anabul2 aku di sini. dari sejak tokonya di pinang griya terus pindah ke deket jembatan kali angke,
Terus sekarang pindah lagi. Dan yang sekarang lebih luas ,lebih lengkap.
Hasil grooming selalu memuaskan bersih wangi.
Ada pet hotel juga bisa untuk kucing dan anjing.
Parkiran lumayan luas jadi lebih nyaman.
Karyawan nya ramah2 dan ada kucing stray yang anak2 toko rawat namanya gempi. ??
Terima kasih sudah peduli sama stray sekitar ya kakak2..?? jangan lupa di steril biar yang terlantar ga makin banyak.
