★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semuanya oke ada apps segala macem lagi tapi Customer Service really bad. Kalau dibidang jasa gini CS jelek yaudah deh walaupun salah satu laundry bagus di Graha raya jadi males buat menggunakan services lagi.
Everything is okay, there are all kinds of apps, but Customer Service is really bad. In the field of service like this, CS is bad, even though one of the good laundry in Graha Raya is lazy to use services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wash express yang di the icon bsd tidak profesional sama sekali,barang hilang, cs tidak bisa diajak bekerja sama, karyawan sikapnya kurangajar kepada customer, ga recommend buat cuci disini.
The wash express at the icon BSD is not professional at all, lost items, cs can't be invited to work together, employees are rude to customers, don't recommend washing here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laundry lumayan oke tapi management kurang bagus. Hanya laundry ini yg paling resek, diteror minta feedback sampai 3 nomor di blok. Baru awal 2021 ke sini lagi (udah ga minta feedback kayak dulu).
Ada aplikasinya, diskon 10%. Bisa potong poin untuk pembayaran.
Laundry is pretty good but management is not good. Only this laundry was the most unsettled, terrorized asking for feedback up to 3 numbers on the block. It's only in early 2021 to come here again (I don't ask for feedback like we used to).
There is an application, 10% discount. Can deduct points for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat laundry yang lumayan bagus di graha raya, pelayanan oke. Tempat nyaman, bisa self service, disediakan tempat duduk, keranjang cuci, meja lipat, free bag laundry, free detergent cair max 2 tube.
A pretty good laundry place in Graha Raya, okay service. Comfortable place, self service, provided seating, washing basket, folding table, free laundry bag, free liquid detergent max 2 tubes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk sekalii cuci bad cover dan 2 bantal 28 maret 2022 dapat notif 31 maret selesai bad cover dan bantal nya
tapi saya ambil tanggal 6 april 2022 baru sempat ambil .
nunggu lama mereka cari2 cuma bad cover aja ketemu bantal gak ketemu.
pelayan nya cewek tuh dia minta chat nota yang pertama kali di kirim.
dia bilang bantal nya belum selesai.
saya tanggapin loh kok bisa
katanya udah selesai dan saya baru ambil 6 hari setelah bilang selesai ?
jawab nya iya belum selesai dan di toko 1 lagi.
ini kita anter aja nanti .
saya bilang oke anter , saya kasih alamat dan di catat .
saya tunggu2 kok gak di anter2 sampai tanggal 8 maret 2022.
