★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RSIA Hermina yg letaknya di Kemayoran ini bener2 jozz. Menerima pasien dari pintu IGD atau rawat-jalan. Berbagai asuransi kesehatan mulai dari BPJS sampai jaringan asuransi AdMedika diterima dimari. Di masa pandemi kek skarang ini juga menerima test rapiD dan test swap dgn harga yg bersahabat dan hasilnya dpt ditunggu. Walau pun core dari RS Hermina adalah untuk ibu dan anak tetapi banyak Dokter spesialis yg bergabung dimari. Parkir di basement yg kadang kosong kadang penuh. Ada cafe di jalan menuju lobby. Jika memang perlu jangan sungkan2 dateng ke RS Hermina Kemayoran.
Ingat pastikan anda menggunakan masker medis dan pelindung mata jika memasuki kawasan rumah-sakit.
 RSIA Hermina which is located in Kemayoran is really jozz. Receiving patients from the emergency room door or outpatient. Various health insurances ranging from BPJS to AdMedika's insurance network are accepted in the field. In the current pandemic era, it has also received a neat D test and a test swap at a friendly price and the results can be awaited. Even though the core of Hermina Hospital is for mothers and children, there are many specialist doctors who join here. Parking in the basement which is sometimes empty, sometimes full. There is a cafe on the way to the lobby. If necessary, don't hesitate to come to Hermina Kemayoran Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pendaftaran bpjs harusnya bisa ditingkatkan jumlahnya. Jam 9 antrian sudah tembus 100an, tapi loket aktif baru 2, ada yg ketiga tapi mulai aktif jam 9.30an.
The number of bpjs registration services should be increased. At 9 the queue has reached 100s, but only 2 active counters, there is a third one but starts to be active at 9.30an.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa temen sempat tes untuk covid disini. Rapidnya ambil darah, tunggu sekitar 1 jam dan hasilnya keluar (IDR 150k). Untuk swab nya bervariasi harganya dari IDR 1000k - 1900k bergantung sama berapa lama tesnya keluar. Buat yang swab nanti hasilnya dikabari via whatsapp

Nurse station di poliklinik unattended selama lebih dari 1 jam, tanpa ada staff yang cek sama sekali.
Call center isn't very helpful either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cek kandungan istri dengan Dr. Paul. Rumah sakitnya bagus, resepsionis baik, suster dan dokternya ramah.
Harga memang sedikit mahal bagi kalangan menengah ke bawah, tapi sesuai dengan pelayanan yang didapatkan.
Bagi yang komplen layanan lewat telpon, mungkin emang agak sulit atau di jam sibuk, keadaan ramai-lancar..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah Sakit nya tidak terlalu besar, liftnya lama, pelayanan bagian pendaftarannya lama, staff nya ramah, untuk kantin di dalam rumah sakit tidak melayani makan di tempat, hari biasa cukup ramai jadi pastikan Anda memakai masker dan face shield yang aman. Lokasinya agak sulit dijangkau dengan kendaraan umum, lebih baik menggunakan ojek online.
The hospital is not too big, the lift is long, the registration service is long, the staff is friendly, the canteen in the hospital does not serve food on the spot, on weekdays it is quite busy so make sure you wear a mask and a safe face shield. The location is rather difficult to reach by public transportation, it's better to use an online motorcycle taxi.
